The food here is what I love the most beside the atmosphere of the restaurant. I've been trying different dish of pasta, all tasted great and fresh especially pasta, the way it's cooked just like you would have in Italy. The restaurant itself is very cozy and welcoming. The service was great, food come out fast enough, staffs were very attentive and friendly.

We recently celebrated our friend's 80th Birthday in the banquet room at Ciao's. It was a great success due in no small part to the meal and service provided by Ciao's most capable staff . From the coordination of the event, assistance in decorating and willingness to satisfy our smallest requests, they helped to make it a very special event. The food was delicious, plentiful and , as commented on by several of our guests, totally authentic Italian. The banquet room, with its Italian styling and spacious layout provided the perfect setting . The staff was right on top of things, from providing "technical Services" for our music and video needs, to directing the orderly flow for the buffet line, and ensuring everything ran smoothly for the entire event. On another note, many of our guests did not know that Ciao's had such an array of Italian specialties available, in addition to their delicious food. . They didn't know we had our own marvelous "Little Italy" in Vista! Thanks to all for a most memorable celebration !

The food was okay. We got take out. The pizza crust is very good, however the toppics were ehhh. The garlic i added to a pizza was almost raw and undercooked. The cheesy garlic bread was a disaster. They put the two halves together so the cheese just stuck to one side of the order. Terrible packing thought process. Don't think I would try again unfortunately

We went Friday evening for my birthday celebration. Walked in just before six pm and was seated right away. We all ordered different dinners and ALL were amazing! Our server was awesome and very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We saved just enough room to share a slice of cheesecake and a Tiramisu (I got wedding cookies to bring home Yum!), everything was O M G!! Being my 3rd time here, I'm also impressed how relaxed the atmosphere is. We could talk, laugh and enjoy our meal peacefully. The cleanliness has always been above good. Prices are fair for the quality of food and service. Highly recommended! Oh and check out the little "shop" where you can buy authentic Italian foods, cheeses, candies, desserts!

The hospitality was great! The food portions are large! The ambiance is beautiful. Great for dates, family birthday celebrations, any celebration really for large or small groups. They have free parking which is great. They have a bakery section and cheese section and nice LARGE bar section. Reasonably priced food We got two large dishes, pizza, drinks, coffee, desserts all for under 100$ We left with Togo boxes lol Highly recommend this place Super clean restrooms Friendly Food is good and hot Drinks Free parking Over all experience 10/10

We use to go to killer pizza from mars here in Escondido when we come down from Los Angeles. They closed down. So we were on our way to upper crust when we saw this place in vista. We looked at the menu and turned around. Pizza was great and cheesy, kids got a pepperoni pizza. My wife and I got a sausage mushroom pasta and it was great. Everything about both items was great. Food felt so fresh and tasty. Our waitress was soo bubbly. Then we got the desserts to go home and oh my gosh... the rum bobba was phenomenal, havnt had a good one of those in years in Los Angeles.
Visited this restaurant for a group event/party. Food exceeded my expectations and service was great.

This place was amazing! It features a restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Additionally, there's a full Italian market inside where you can buy fresh meats, cheeses, and fully prepared meals. I highly recommend the frozen meals to go—they make family dinner incredibly easy, just pop them in the oven, and the taste is exceptional! It truly exceeded expectations, and I'm thrilled to have discovered such a gem. The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything was super clean and well-organized.

Fantastic food and service. Menu is conservative and specialized with authentic Italian coastal fare. I just wish they, like many others, would not have screens within view of the fine dining areas. It doesn't help to have a family meal when half your kids are watching local news about heads found in dumpsters in downtown San Diego. (Example)

Our order took too long. We had to ask a couple of servers if we could order and they kept giving excuses. The salad was my favorite.
