As someone who truly understands authentic Persian food and has high standards when it comes to quality, I can confidently say that Corner Grill in Vista offers some of the best Persian food not only in San Diego County, but in all of Southern California.
The food quality is exceptional—authentic, homemade flavors made with high-quality ingredients and consistent preparation. Finding this level of quality at such reasonable prices is extremely rare.
Beyond the food, the hospitality is outstanding. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers, which makes every visit a great experience.
I have been a loyal customer for several years and have never been disappointed. Their quality has always been consistent, and I will continue to support and order from them in the future without hesitation. Highly recommended.

This place is tucked away in a nondescript shopping center on Hacienda Dr right before you get to the Vista costco. Its worth seeking out. Aromas are great walking in. The place is super clean. They have some nice tables. But its all about the food of course and the food is really great. The best koobideh ive ever had perfectly seasoned juicy and grilled perfectly as well. The rice and meat abd veggies on the plate i had was obviously just prepared. The salad that came with the plate was super fresh. Great service as well. Ill be back to try the rest of the menu

Owner didn’t even bother to greet, the entire time he was just talking to his buddy seemed like they wanted to kiss each other. Hummus tasted like has mayo in it, I wouldn’t even call that hummus it’s more like refried beans. Just wanted a simple vegetable platter that they have in google maps as part of their menu, only to find out it’s another one of those stupid “you can only pick a number and we can’t change anything on the order”. Veggies didn’t even have salt on them, and pita bread was store bought.

Ok Im picky and also Persian! Hands down. The best Persian food in the whole San Diego metropolitan. Koobideh, chicken, and barg was delicious. Rice so flavorful, like a homemade basmati rice by a traditional Persian mom!! Salad dressing and salads ON POINT! Shallot yogurt delicious and perfect proportions. Ugh, Ill be a regular. I don’t know how it was my first time. Thank you for the best persian food anyone can ask for.

Incredible Persian/Mediterranean cuisine! The service was perfect, the gentleman helping us gave great advice on some dishes; with a positive attitude and checked in on us to ensure a great experience! We ordered chicken, barg, and koobideh with rice and salad Shirazi, and I was not disappointed. Every single dish was made so well - from the salad dressing to the perfectly seasoned protein, I will definitely be coming back with friends and family. I highly highlyyyy recommend this spot!
