Kind of a really crappy call in process. I called ahead to order food. Told the person at the window that I did and I was here to pick it up and he said to just order through the kiosk and click that I phoned ahead. I did that. They told me on the phone it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. So I did my shopping, came back to get it and they hasn't even started making the pizzas. Frustrating that I'm wasting all this time here

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The way I was treated today was horrendous. I was harassed at the Costco in Vista for not showing my membership card due to just having had surgery on my arm. I was in extreme pain and had to pick up a pizza order for my friend who just lost her mother. I was followed by Greg who aggressively stated he was one of the managers and a young female associate named Brenna. They threatened to get security if I did not show them my membership card. It was a nightmare, they were filled with so much hate in their eyes. I’m so concerned that this was discrimination and an example of prejudice. I’m going to contact the corporate office for Costco tomorrow to complain. I will never step foot in this specific Costco EVER AGAIN. Jessica was the associate that was at the entrance who caused all of this, I will include all three names in my complaint. They all should be FIRED. I caught Greg on video after he advised me that he was going to follow me throughout the store and when I started recording, he stopped and looked away as if he had done nothing wrong. Sinful behavior. I also caught Jessica on video creepily watching me. I can’t post the videos here, but I will post screenshots and post them on social media. Greg is in the black t-shirt. I hope these videos go viral and justice prevails!

I travel for work and hit very many Costco's. I can't figure out why on the West Coast they are laid out opposite of the East Coast? On the east coast we go in on the right side and come out on the left side vice versa on the west coast?

We ordered whole pepperoni pizza before we got to the store! Went and shopped and took more time than what was quoted thinking our pizza would be done! Paid for the pizza and went up to the pick up window! The guy taking the pizza off the oven ignores you and doesn't seem to want to help anyone at the window. We go to another window and they tell us it's not ready it will be 10 more minutes when it has already been 30 - 40 minutes. We have had this happen 3 separate times. I think they need to reevaluate their employees and their customer service in the food court.
Only 4 stars because the new Roast Beef sandwich is not worth 9.99. Don't waste your time. It's ok, but not for the price. Two people can easily split one sandwich, but it's still not worth it. They should serve soft pretzels if they want to add a menu item. Stick to the other cheap food that's worth it for the money.

Costco refuses to raise prices on their food court options, just like the rotisseries chicken and everyone loves it. Food court is always packed and always serves as an inexpensive way to grab food on the go, or even a whole pizza for the fam, which they churn out constantly. If you bought a whole pizza at the kiosk terminal, you don't necessarily need to wait for your number to be called. A guy in the window asked for anyone with a pizza order to come up and he handed them pizzas. Easy peasy.
