I’ve been to many Dunkins and this is the first one that majorly short-filled my drink because I asked for light ice. Congrats guys for saving 5 cents on the drink I paid $5.49 for! Wont be back.

They never have chocolate frosted donuts past 6pm. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru donut place when you have multiple kids and want to grab a quick donut.

I’m really upset about this. I’ve been getting bagels from this Dunkin for almost 2 years now and I’m starting to think they’re slipping when it comes to food quality cause what the heck is this?! I started eating my bagel and then looked down and saw that the bread didn’t look right. This is not ok. This bagel is clearly old! Wasted my money on food I can’t eat… in this economy that is unacceptable.

$60 worth of breakfast sandwiches. All requested NO CHEESE due to ALLERGY. Every single one came with cheese. Would not remake the order. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Got coffee a $6 meal deal and a donut. The bagels were nasty looking and were cracking due to age, didn't get the donut we asked for (at least we didn't pay for it since the rude cashier didn't listen) I don't give bad review often but this is appalling. Coffee is almost flavorless and tastes burnt. The hashbrowns tasted freezerburnt and were cold you could also taste the other food made in the oil they fry it in.... Sad I went to dunkin DONUTS and didn't get the DONUT.

Currently visiting California and have been to Dunkin located at 1310 East Vista Way, and I have to say that the service has been wonderful. There is a young lady named Hannah, and she is just a gem, but the staff as a while makes visiting this location enjoyable.

Shout out to this Dunkin’ for being open late spot in the whole area. Staff works hard until closing, have full donut menu availability ready at drive thru. Everything was fresh, drinks on point right before closing! Appreciate the hard work and late operating hours. Exceptional customer service at drive thru.

I came in to use the restroom.Sometimes I buy something at this place but today I just had to use the restroom. I was told by a employee that I needed to be a customer to use the restroom. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Dunkin' donuts again. Like other merchants, they've gradually been reducing the size of their product and raising the prices. They're the smallest damn donuts I've ever seen. I live in San Diego so I'm familiar with a lot of the mom-and-pop donut shops. They're the best. A lot of them still have donuts around or under a dollar. While these chains have raised their prices to anywhere from $2 to $6 per gallon. The mom-and-pop places are still your best deal. And the donuts taste better. I don't recommend dunkin' donuts at all. Big Business at its best. Give the customer the least you can possibly give them and charge them the most money you can possibly get from them. Not a good business model but it seems to be the current trend.
