Every experience I’ve had at Dutch Bros has been awful. The people who work there are lovely but the drinks are subpar to BlackRock. There is minimal flavor. The latest drink I have boughten was a hot medium caramel latte, and it tasted like brewed coffee with a splash of milk. I will not be giving this coffee place another chance.

I came for one of their giveaways and waited in line for over and hour there was no organization and everyone was cutting. Did not end up getting the giveaway. Hope they can get better organized for giveaways in the future. The drink I normally get was made differently and it tasted odd. In the future I’d stick to the Oceanside location

I LOVE Dutch Bros BUT idk if it is just the 2 Vista and Oside ones that do this but I have never had to wait so long for an order ahead. Every time I go ANY of these 3 I do an order ahead cuz they (Hacienda and Oside Blvd) are stupid busy. I arrive just after the app states to arrive thinking it should be plenty of time since I do a minimum of 15 minutes. That said I find out they haven't started then at all!!!! So not only do i arrive after the allotted 15 minutes BUT now I'm waiting ANOTHER 15/20 mins waiting for my order. So 30/35 mins later I finally get my drinks. What's the point of the order ahead?!?!?!?

What can I say. I’m a coffee drinker. I’m a fruity fancy caffeine drink drinker. I love seasonal drinks and treats as well. Dutch Bros is a good job of all those things. I particularly like the black tea with strawberry and pomegranate. But definitely give the cocoa Loco a try.

This little drive-thru shop is serving up coffee and other beverages with friendliness and efficiency. I got a Golden Eagle coffee for myself and hot chocolates for the kids with me. We all enjoyed them.

I normally go to the Dutch bros on Oceanside blvd and have increasingly found my self preferring it over Starbucks. I stopped by this one since it was near my appt. The workers were nice and friendly but it seemed like my drink was made is a rush and sort of sloppy. I’ve never had it to where I had coffee grounds clearly displayed in my drink. The presentation of the soft stop was also lack luster. I got the caramel brûlée pumpkin latte. Overall disappointed but still drinkable. I’m not gonna throw away my purchase for some coffee grounds. Will be sticking to my usual Dutch bros location though.

this is a drive thru location, so if that suits you, this place is an excellent choice for really GOOD coffee drinks. I love the cocomo with extra shots of espresso. the service is superb! someone outside has always cheerfully taken my order and presto! it is ready when I pull up to the window. zero complaints about service. order is always correct... and delicious!!!!

This location is very convenient for me but I feel like it’s time to try a different location or give it one last try I don’t know.
I honestly feel like the staff is nice and gives great customer service however, under pressure the staff is rushing and not making the orders as placed or checking the orders properly. Not once but 3x with in a week have they got my order wrong. Today was the 3rd time I asked for a drink with “oat milk” and even confirmed before leaving they put oat milk and nothing else and was told yes. As I’m leaving I look at the drink seeing it’s way too light for it having oat milk and I take a sip and sure enough it’s breve. The lines were long both drive thru and walk up and I was not about to wait again so I just left with the drink and gave it away to someone who can enjoy it. I get it we all make mistakes but 3x in the same week is wild!
