Getting tired of these. At the end of day its another starbucks like experience...too overpriced and too corporate. Bad parking. Its good though if your not tired of these fast paced coffee shops

Visited twice in the last two weeks. Both times bees were swarming the pick up windows. I am deathly fear of bees, and it was quite odd to have the person at the window act like there was nothing to see and not apologize or even acknowledge the bees, I was clearly very uncomfortable and rolled up my window between her talking with me. I was so scared a bee was going to fly into my car, literally such a stressful situation to be in! I will not be returning, this was my second time visiting and I am beyond unimpressed with their ability to address pest issues and also their lack of communication or even acknowledging of the situation and how it could negatively affect the guest experience.
Also this goes without saying, but do better for your staff! It’s horrible that they have to work in those conditions. I don’t blame the woman serving me for seeming annoyed, she has clearly been dealing with it her entire shift.

I had an amazing experience here ! The service was top notch, even when one of the staff accidentally spilled extremely hot coffee on her hands, she kept smiling and maintained incredible service standards. She definitely deserves appreciation and the coffee she made was great too.

Such a terrible experience going to this location. Not so much the service but the maintenance around this place. How can you have someone with a leaf blower doing it at the most busiest part of the morning and blowing all the dirt on the parked cars the cars in the drive thru, towards the building. So gross to have dust all over the drinks with the window open.

This used to be our go to. Not so much now and days. The drinks don't taste like coffee. They are just milk and sweeteners. If you want your drink to taste like coffee you got to pay extra for the coffee. A medium runs you like $7-8 already and if you add more shots you are nearing the $10.

Had the matcha and the goldenizer, didn't feel like it was much different than other spots. Didn't wait much since it was black Friday, otherwise wouldn't waste time waiting in line. Servers were young but friendly and apt.
