I have been here 3x in 6 mo.. hit or miss and EVERYTIME they are sold out of French Toast. Everytime.. I tell them that they need to bake more that it's popular everywhere. Im from Vegas and it was popular there too. Why is lost profit and ignoring customers the norm? I can bet 100$ a random visit next month will be no french toast. Today all their flavored bagels were flat like pitas..I said something and they shrug like o well. Such poor attention to quality and detail. They didnt even look like bagels..more like fat pita w toppings

Bagels were good but customer service was poor. Employees teamwork flow was disorganized and the female employee was really intentionally rude.
So excited that Einstein Bagels opened here in Vista! I recently bought bagels and a goodie assortment to a work day at my church. The staff were so helpful. Of course I wasn’t sure what to get. They hooked me up with a nice variety of bagels that met everyone’s desires. Kristine the lead manager was extra generous and gave me some pastries to go with the bagels and coffee containers I got. What a hit! Thank you! I will post some pics. …. Also, went there recently just with a friend and their specialty sandwich was amazing! I think he got a maple sausage bagel sandwich (can’t remember the name) that was so good!

The food is fantastic i always get a sandwich on the onion bagel and they are fantastic. The staff here is so welcoming i got greeted by at least 3 people with smiling faces. We will absolutely return

Love stopong by here in the morning, the staff are always so nice and the bagels are TOP TIER! Absolutely love love love it! The bagels are delicious yet reasonably priced! 10/10 definitely recomend !

I ordered on the app and went to pickup the order. The order wasn’t ready after 25min and the employee at the pickup window told me my order is being worked on and should be ready soon. I waited another 20min and asked another worker. The other worker then told me there is no order being worked on. I then spoke to the manager and showed the invoice charges and she said the app is having issues today. I was not offered anything so I left. This was a waste of 30min+ of my family’s time as I had a baby waiting with my husband. Awful experience and we are all hungry.

please tell me how hard it is to put a single tub of cream cheese in a box of bagels. we got 6 bagels. 6. untoasted and uncut. no effort at all besides picking them up and putting them in the box, and I lost a whole $5 just from not getting my cream cheese.

Store is brand new so it is super pretty and clean. All the food I have tried was delicious and the staff were super friendly. I am so glad they opened this so close to my work so I can stop in for breakfast in the morning. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

I placed an online order a little after 9:00 AM for myself, the Dental Assistant, Doctor after seeing that the new location was offering a BOGO deal. I scheduled the pickup for 9:30 AM. However, when the assistant arrived, she was told there was no order under her name and that we must have placed it at a different location — and was then instructed to go there instead.
First of all, I’m 100% certain I placed the order at this specific location, otherwise, we wouldn’t have received the BOGO deal. Even if the order had mistakenly been sent to another location, telling a customer to just “go there” isn’t acceptable customer service.
Eventually, the employee did locate our order and started preparing it, but what really stood out was that there was no apology offered for the confusion or inconvenience. I understand the store is new, but staff clearly need better training in both order management and customer service.
Honestly, the only reason we chose to order here was because of the BOGO promotion. After this experience, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

I have been buying two dozen sesame seed bagels per month for 10 years and have been very satisfied with the quality of the bagels (very chewy) ,however, the last two dozen had the consistency of cheap white bread, not chewy at all. I will not buy bagels at Einsteins in the future.
