I frequent El Pollo Loco in Vista off of Melrose Dr. Miguel and Crystal are great representatives of El Pollo Loco. They always greet you with a smile. You always leave there with your complete meal. They double and triple check you got everything you need.

Crystal, the manager was helpful. Props to her for recommending me what to eat. I got a 4 piece leg and thigh with a rice for a side. The chicken was juicy and the rice was cooked to perfection.

Came to this pollo loco location in vista, and we had a good experience all the food was good and the cashier Miguel was very helpful and nice! He has excellent ppl skills good job!
