The food is great, but for $17.74 per plate, the amount of food you get is not worth it. I remember it used to be different a couple of years ago. I am not sure if it changed owners or what the deal is, but today this is what my plate looked like. It is really a shame because the food is delicious.

I've been coming to this location since before COVID. After COVID I understand things were rough for everyone. The problem is it isn't improving. Most places are getting back to 'normal'. First is was the snotty teenaged boys being rude and the constant turn over of employees, sometimes closed. Then it was that I always had to wait for them to make all white chicken for my bowl. It was about 10 minutes wait. And finally today, I was told that there wasn't any all white chicken and that it would be 'a while' not the usual ten minutes. So why is it that you have all white chicken on your menu, but you are never prepared to serve it? In addition to this, today I was shorted because I only get one scoop of rice and I usually ask for more vegetables. I have done this the whole time I've come here. This was a first for that. it's too pricey to be shorting people of anything. Super disappointed. They took any reason I had left to go here anymore.

Normally I like this place. The meat is decent and the wait usually it's too bad. But today was the worst it's ever been. Normally I'm in and out in five mins or less. But today it took 30 min from the time I walked in the door to when I left. I should've realised something was up when there was a long line at 11:40. From what I can tell it's all because of one guy that didn't know what he was doing. Or just really baked. I watched the woman in front of me order 1 reg bowl half n half and the guy made 3 bowls... wasn't even listening. Thank God the other guy helped me. Went fast too. But after I paid and asked for magic sauce (which ran out on the self serve table) the clueless guy asked me if those extra bowls were mine..Dude just made those for no one two mins ago and didn't know who they even belonged too. Crazy.

Worst place to order food from. I put in a online order and when I arrived at pickup time they havent even started my order. I got in line so they could make my food but they told me it would be a couple mins. Then proceeded to make the orders for the people in line , while I waited the whole time for then to help them first. Very unacceptable. No good system in place very slow

I paid almost $13 for a angus beef bowl with barely any meat in it but considering the meat was so old and dry I guess it was a blessing in disguise. They must save their meat overnight and re use it the next day. The kid who made it must get paid by how much food he doesn’t give you. I was disgusted by the bowl I received. I will never go back to this location ever. Hopefully this review will save anyone else from getting the worst lunch ever.

I love flame broiler and come here often because it’s a healthy option near my job. But I’m giving 1 star because I don’t understand why they advertise wings and never have them defrosted. I would get these EVERY TIME I order, but always get answer that it would take 15-20 minutes to get the wings defrosted. Why why why do you not have them cooked!? Why are they on your menu or on the advertised stand out front as a new menu option of you obviously don’t want to sell them. I’ve never even been able to try them once because I’m not going to wait the 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break for them to be defrosted.

Placed an online order for 12:15pm. When I arrived at 12:22pm the order ticket was still sitting at the register. They made it about 5 minutes after I arrived, which I don’t mind waiting. The problem I had is with the food. I had a mini beef bowl and the beef was tough and chewy. I didn’t even finish my bowl. I think they changed their meat distributor, this beef now is like a thin shaved beef. The staff seemed really disorganized. There was grayish looking chicken sitting on the grill that looked questionable… overall not impressed, go down the street to Surf Brothers.

Ohh Im so happy i found this place!! My friends and I always have lunch around this plaza and we tried this place the first time today. Such affordable price for amazing volume if food! Im usually still hungry at most of lunch place but this place's regular bowl made me full. And they are relativeley healthy. Meat and veggies, brown rice etc. Tofu option is great. Love the selections of sauces. Staffs are friendly and cheerful. We will roundup our friends and come back here again for sure !!!

The food is great but haven't been in awhile because they close too early for us to have dinner. They used to clise at 9:00 , but this 4:00 stuff is ridiculous! We live over on the other side of Vista and made the trek over here to grab it when we wanted and then all of the sudden one day they started clising at 4 and have not returned to regular hours. Beyond disappointing!
