From the very first tasting to the final plate served, their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible food made our day even more special. The menu was thoughtfully curated to match our tastes and dietary needs, and every dish was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about the food and how they had to stop themselves from eating too many appetizers so they could save room for their dinner, which. I am also still hearing about it! And don’t get me started on the dessert…..the tiramisu, cheesecake bites, and creme brulee cups oh my so good!! The presentation was elegant, and the service staff was friendly, attentive, and seamless throughout the event. I cannot recommend enough!

Flavor Chef catered our 30 person party with “passed” high-end appetizers at our home. The whole process was seamless: *communication-during the planning, preparations, and during the event were excellent! *friendly- from the people on the phone to the cook (Diego!-great guy!) and the servers. They were friendly with us and our guests! And all three were very efficient. When they arrived they took care to unload, organize, prepare, and serve. They took care of everything without us having to redirect at any time. *Absolutely, incredibly delicious food, tasteful presentation, efficient cleanup— all for a reasonable price compared to other estimates. We love Flavor Chef and Crystal!!! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! All of our guests -- including our vegan guests -- raved about the food and complimented us the day of and texted us afterward. It was mind-blowing. We had a huge charcuterie board for our cocktail hour and crab cakes, chicken and waffles, and poke crisps. For dinner, we had stations where they carved steak and flambed shrimp in front of our guests. For dessert, we had tiramisu cups, churros in a cup, and lemon bars. Everything was so, so good. Crystal was a breeze to work with, and managed everything so well the day of our wedding and the months leading up to it. She took care of every issue that popped up, and got us connected with our rental company as well.

Flavor Chef did an amazing job catering an event for our out-of-state company. We inquired on their website and heard back immediately from Crystal Ramirez. Crystal made the planning process very smooth, by answering all questions promptly, reviewing menus, and making suggestions. Our chefs Pedro and Clint prepared wonderful hors d’oeuvres served by Joey and Arianna and our signature cocktails were mixed by our Bartender Rene. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS, and we had plenty left to share. The whole crew was friendly and flexible, and the night was a huge success. We would highly recommend Flavor Chef and would use them again in the future!

Flavor chef was a home run for my wife's 45th birthday!The coordinator Madison was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Madison was always responsive to any questions I had while I was interviewing different caterers. Very thorough and always had all of the answers.The flavor chef menu is full of great options and has tons of delicious appetizers. Our guest enjoyed the poke chips, lamb lollipops and caprese salad on crostini as appetizers. Salmon, steak and chicken as entrees. The food was a total hit. 100% of our guests told me how much they enjoyed the food.The staff at our event included Derek as chef, Yannick as bartender and Joey and Ken as servers. All were excellent to work with!Plus they brought their mobile catering food truck so everything was fresh and there was no mess in my kitchen!I highly recommend flavor chef for any celebration you are planning!

Flavor Chef was the best vendor we hired for our wedding! We were so fortunate to work with Madison and Crystal for our 80-person wedding in Indio this spring. The Flavor Chef team was patient with our questions leading up to the event - walking us through the pros and cons of different serving styles, providing quotes and responses in a timely manner, being clear about what assets they provided vs. what we would need to order from our rental company, and being flexible on altering the menu to accommodate vegan guests. Madison and Crystal even drove up to visit the venue ahead of time with us to ensure that the kitchen space would be sufficient for their needs. And this is all before I mention the food, which was EXCELLENT! The appetizers were outstanding - highly recommend the lamb lollipops, chicken and waffle bites, and ahi poke nachos. For dinner we offered the chicken, salmon, and the vegan eggplant parmesan, and they were all very tasty!
