I feel like this place is on its last leg. Weve come for many years but the service has really gone downhill and now they charge a 3.5% surcharge and then have the nerve to ask for a tip for their crummy attitudes. Employees move like snails and act completely uninterested. Too many other good pizza places to put up with this. Won't be back.

This place is always on point. The pizza tastes great and the crew is pretty much always in a great mood. We love to come here for a bite to eat on our lunch or to grab a few slices of pizza after we go to the local dog park.

I was there a few days back and let's just say the overall atmosphere of the shop was stoner, skater, surfer, and tattoo shop vibe. They ask for a tip right at the checkout beforehand without even delivering the service just yet, so you're tipping without knowing what you're tipping for.... I had ordered 2 slices and a drink and it took 30+ minutes to get it. The employee with a cow nose ring took my order and threw it in the oven then totally forgot about it. Meanwhile took some to go orders, made some orders, checked her social media on her phone, chit-chated with her coworkers and during this whole time I was staring at her to see if it will ring a bell...sure enough it never did. About 25minutes in, suddenly it rang a bell that "hey we should probably check on those slices", and sure enough, they were charcoal black...and in the trash they went...... the next pair of slices about 5 minutes in and still cold. Absolutely careless environment and employees, steer clear!

Went in tonight to grab a couple beers after work because their thirsty Thursday deal is a banger. Was offered a sample of their bread sticks by their cook Cameron. Ended up ordering their new mezzo pie which is four slices of any of their pizzas and then the other half is folded into the breadsticks. The topping on the breadsticks is so good and the pie as always was top notch. This is definitely a great deal and as always the crew was warm and inviting. Forever my favorite pizza spot in North County.

The female who first spoke to me was less than friendly and the female who rung me up was down right rude. I literally felt bad for my friendly toddler who was trying to say hi to her and she was just rude and seemed miserable. Not sure if her name but was wearing extremely heavy makeup. I hope the manager sees this and spends time training the employees on customer service skills because it takes more than decent pizza to have a successful business. Yep, never going back and we order pizza at least once a week.

We come every Sunday to get pizza, wings and salad. Awesome staff, Sophia, Emma are always so welcoming and friendly. They get our order right every time. Jason and Cameron make our pies perfect every time. Delicious food and relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend ?

Flipping pizza makes some great thin crust pizza. It's not a fancy place but the pizza is always delicious. Have been here many times and will be going back many more!

I have tried the pizza here twice, and both times were a disappointment. The first time in the Fall of 2023, we got single slices. They were lukewarm and soggy, and had been under the heat lamp for hours. It tasted like cardboard. It was BAD. We thought it was just because it was an off night and we decided to give it another try this past week. This time, we made a custom pizza. (Pepperoni and garlic.) The staff was very nice, and it was ready fairly fast. We live 5 minutes away, and by the time I got home with the pizza, it was very cold. It also had a bad wet dog smell to it. Even after reheating it, it tasted like it was very undercooked, the crust was chewy and the pepperoni was undercooked. If you really like garlic, expect A LOT on your pizza if you choose that as a topping. It was dispersed very unevenly and had WAY too much. I don't know what has changed, if its the recipes or ownership, but my boyfriend used to LOVE their pizza, but also agrees it's bad now. Go back to do what you were doing before, it was working!

The food is always good and all the other workers are nice, this would be a 5 star review if it weren't for this lady right here. She's always very rude to customers and it's almost as if she refuses to treat them kindly. My friend tipped her today and she didn't even say thank you or acknowledge him. This isn't the first time she has been rude to people either.
