Review update **** I went back in since I had my family in town and I was super excited about showing them this pizza place since it's just a small walk away . There was a young aged asian girl who attended us . She was not very friendly from start to finish. She answered questions with an attitude, never smiled . Overall it was some of the most unfriendly awkward service I've ever experienced, just a bummer my parents had to experience it too on their first visit .pizza was still great though
Moved around the corner and started stopping by here with my girls during the last two months. We absolutely adore the people we've encountered ! The pizza is great and the beer ..staff is friendly as can be

Had a wonderful time watching the Dodgers win on Friday night. 1st time here and really enjoyed the salad and Pizza. We will definitely be coming back especially for the food and great time with other Dodger Fan's.

Walked in at 730. An employee was on his knees scraping the floor. Got up immediately, took our order for beer to tell us they close in 25 mins. Not what we saw online. The employee then poured a pitcher and grabbed two cups without washing hands. Really turned unsanitary and ended up just leaving, ordering seemed like an inconvenience that would not be the most sanitary

I’ve been wanting to try grand slam pizza for a while now. Unfortunately today was the day that I took the chance on them. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a large bases loaded pizza. Both were very good, however the food was overshadowed by the horrible atmosphere and service. The mozzarella sticks were literally slammed down on my table, and the server said nothing and walked away. I felt that was pretty rude, but I was willing to overlook it if the food was brilliant. It was not. Two star review, I would avoid, unless decent pizza with horrible service is what you’re in the mode for. Thank you grand slam pizza, I now know to never take a chance on a small business pizza joint again, you’ve ruined the community for small pizza places everywhere. Congratulations, two stars. Also, if you promote yourself as a family friendly place, you probably shouldn’t mock a baby for crying, that’s what they do 🤷🤷🤷

We made the drive from LEGOLAND since this place had the best reviews in the area for pizza. It was definitely worth the drive. Louie, the owner, made some excellent pizzas for the family (including some picky kids) to enjoy. He knew the regulars by name, which is always a great sign.
The pizza was excellent, a thinner and crispy crust with a good amount of toppings. The pepperoni was perfectly caramelized with a bit of crunch, just the way I like it. Great service too, with a quaint atmosphere.
I will go out of my way to come again on our short trip from out of town.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids and families dining here. Lots of TVs to distract them with too.
