Best pizza joint in Vista. The pizza and other food is delicious, staff is great, and it’s just a great local hangout owned by a local family.

A good little neighborhood pizzeria that puts out decent pizza.I was hoping for either New York style or my favorite Neopolitano style pizza but that is not what this place provides and that's ok.Regarding the ingredients of the pizza - my guess is that most of the toppings are basic canned items or stuff that is not locally procured.Wings were passable but not something I'll come back for as they only do a dry rub or plain. NO Buffalo sauced wings (sadly). The counter staff are very nice and helpful.Bathroom is deplorable and needs to be redone. It's just a tad better than a truck stop. One should feel clean and refreshed after leaving a restroom. I felt a bit dirtier.Lastly. It's a sticking point of mine and this is purely my opinion but the most enjoyable sports pubs/pizza joints I've frequented lately don't have the volume cranked to 11. As a matter of fact the new pubs have the volume off. I couldn't even carry a conversation without raising my voice to be heard at Grand Slam. The place has been here a few years now and down by my house so I tried it. Not my style of restaurant to spend hard earned money. I'm sure the locals are perfectly happy with it though since it's been open for a few years.Cheers

I went in because the place was local, I had a coupon and the sandwiches looked great. They took my coupon without any problems and I got the Sandy Koufax (pastrami) and the Tommy Lasorda (Italian) - both came with pasta salad (there's an option for chips if you prefer that). The pasta salad was really good - I feel kinda dumb raving about it, but it was really well made. The sandwiches themselves were awesome. Even without the coupon, the prices felt justified. Quality sandwiches, no skimping on the meat and tasted great. Would definitely come back!

Meatball sub is delicious, tender and fresh and the Mac and cheese bites with bacon bites are a must have!!
Chicago native, dad, thought their Italian Beef 'jus' was excellent, and the meat juicy and tender. Jus more flavorful, less oily than Portillos. Fantastic bread...still super fresh on a Sunday night. Very good, large meatball sandwich. Will be back to try more sandwiches and pizza.

This is by far our new favorite eatery. Very good food, very good craft brew selection and all at at great price. Plenty of big screens to watch your favorite games on. 8 miles from our house but we'll worth the drive.Parking: Very eazy and free parking in their private parking lot.
