There is an aweful smell of sewage and a try at disinfectant to cver it up right near the order window, and the music playing outdide was VERY loud and quite terrible, totally unheard of before music! the ice cream was great

So much bang for a small buck. I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I got a huge serving of ice cream in a nicely sized waffle cone. There were massive chunks of cheesecake in the ice cream which had me whooping and hollering. Kind server gave me a cup, spoon, abd extra napkins. If you're ever cloudy, come here for a ray of flavorful sunshine. Brightened my day.!

Was that cold stones? Owner was weird only limited us to two samples per person so we left and once it handles great service great ice cream. Melissa was more than friendly and took good care of us. She definitely should be manager. Keep up the good work Melisa!

Thank you Thank you to the server Ryan! She was very kind and went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome! It was our first time and she helped us find our favorite flavors! She spoke to us kindly about each flavor and picked out samples for each of us that she thought we would like! The Mud Pie is to die for and I would’ve never tried it if it wasn’t for her! The service is as amazing as the ice cream!

Our first visit was today, July 3rd, 2025, to Handel's Vista, but we will not be returning. My husband & I bought 2 orders of the 4 scoops of ice cream for $8.00 each. The scoops were miniscule. We saw other orders come out & they were not tiny like ours. One lady bought a one scoop of ice cream in a bowl for her young son. It looked like 3 of our scoops put together. We are longtime locals & very disappointed.

I recently visited handels and was very disappointed by the service I received. One of the employees was extremely short and rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I felt so unwelcome that I didn't even feel comfortable asking about the different flavors or options. While I was looking forward to trying their ice cream, this employee's behavior ruined the experience for me.

Lyla at Handles was absolutely amazing! She was super kind to me, my wife, and even our dog—especially while it was raining. Despite the weather, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and provided exceptional service while serving our ice cream. Her positive attitude really made our night. We needed a sweet treat for Easter and realized we forgot to make a dessert so off to Handle's Ice Cream we went. Makenzie was our counter clerk and she was so helpful and cheerful. She gave suggestions of flavors based on what I like and offered a baby cone for my doggies. Skylar was helping her coworkers behind the scenes as well with a happy smile!! The service and quality of the ice cream was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back!!
