This is the best restaurant in vista!!! We absolutely loved the ribeye and the salmon Alfredo. The chips and dip are outstanding!!! The food here is so good you will lick the plate clean. If you're looking for the best chilaquiles in Vista CA, this is the place. The sauce has the perfect balance, the tortillas maintain their ideal texture, the fresh cheese and cream enhance the flavor, and the avocado feels completely fresh.
Perfectly cooked eggs on top make the dish a complete experience. The presentation is impeccable and the quality can be seen in every detail.
I also tried fettuccine pasta, and it is honestly one of the best pastas I have ever tried in Vista. Creamy, with perfect texture and a deep flavour that demonstrates quality ingredients and careful preparation.
The attention is exceptional, the service is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant.

I’ve had their chicken parmigiana, chicken fettuccine alfredo, salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables, enchilada plate, California dorado burrito, and I know that what’s ever next, it’s going to be excellent too. Had the Jalapeno Infierno Burger and it was delicious! Perfectly spicy and stacked to be just messy enough. Washed it down with excellent horchata, that I am sure was homemade. Nice family owned spot. I did not catch his name but the young man who helped me was an excellent host and took good care as I choked on a runaway jalapeno seed.....lol. I am so glad to see a great new place close to me. I can't wait to bring the rest of the family.
