I'm in the drive thru at 1045 pm. And after waiting at drive thru a voice says we are already closed. Wtf? I may be wrong but I thought all were 24/7. Plus the lady was just rude..not coming back

To whom it concerns,
I had just ordered some food only to be super disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed the egg rolls from jack and had got some tonight. Instead of fresh ones I got burnt ones, with the whole fryer in the bag. I’m tired of spending my money and time on sub par. Have better expectations and standards. The gentleman working the window was nice and respectful. Do better JACK. Like you looked at these and said they are okay. Unacceptable.
young lady in the drive thru gave me the spicy chicken meal instead of the munchie meal i asked for.

I came here at 5:24am and I saw two girls talking and messing around at the cash register, but when I went to try to order, nobody was talking and when I went to the window I could still see them talking, so I went back around and same thing, I had to go to another jack in the box which was way better because they also had 2 people but still took my order and made it fast, do better.

Shit service at night, slow and inefficient, I ordered through the app and it was still 15 minutes late because they forgot to put my complete order after 20 minutes and I didn't solve any of my sauces or condiments

August 5, 2024 Someone in a grey shirt black pants lied and said my burgers were just prepared from the frozen patties as I requested. I had them make them over per my original order. Gloves were not changed per my request. They also wrapped my bunless burger in the paper sandwich wrap instead of in a container. My table was not clean. A drunk patron dropped a milkshake. Staff and management hadn't cleaned it after 15 minutes. The drive through and restaurant were not crowded. /My food was very good, and correctly made to order. Two employees were very apologetic about my long wait, but continued to keep me waiting, easily five minutes, to take and fulfill drive thru orders. At that point, proper customer service would have been to comp me an item for the purposeful wait. Because it was their choice to prioritize the drive through orders over my order. The restaurant tables and floors were dirty.
