this jack in the box has the sweetest service. One of the night employees is the most polite person ever. The morning crew made sure I had everything in my bag and asked if we wanted extra utensils. They’re genuinely so nice every time. They hardly make mistakes and always get my sauce packets as requested too. they just seem to pay attention more than other locations I frequent. Everyone seems very nice and on their game. :)

Can’t argue with a spot that’s open 23 out of the 24 hours of the day. Buuut if you run that business idea, making it obvious that you’re close for said hour is quite helpful. Full lights on and a normal ordering screen at the drive through is Misleading for being closed.
Update….. went in again tonight. 130 am. Again. Nobody there and lights still on as if they were in business.

I'm in the drive thru at 1045 pm. And after waiting at drive thru a voice says we are already closed. Wtf? I may be wrong but I thought all were 24/7. Plus the lady was just rude..not coming back

Made online order for pick waited for 5 minutes, no answer at the drive thru, and drove to the front of the building it appears no one to be working.
I had just ordered some food only to be super disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed the egg rolls from jack and had got some tonight. Instead of fresh ones I got burnt ones, with the whole fryer in the bag. I’m tired of spending my money and time on sub par. Have better expectations and standards. The gentleman working the window was nice and respectful. Do better JACK. Like you looked at these and said they are okay. Unacceptable.

I came here at 5:24am and I saw two girls talking and messing around at the cash register, but when I went to try to order, nobody was talking and when I went to the window I could still see them talking, so I went back around and same thing, I had to go to another jack in the box which was way better because they also had 2 people but still took my order and made it fast, do better.
