I feel this place is a 3 star just cause the food in general isn't bad, but I ordered an iced coffee and they hardly fill it with actual iced coffee and cheat me out with more iced cubes than coffee. I get wages going up but cheating the customers isn't the way to go in the long run.

I use to always come here after 2am and had the best customer service fresh food and no problems whatsoeverBut on December 6 i bought a burger that was 9 dollars after tax but when i got home 3 minutes later i tried to take a bite and the bread was stale i went to get it fixed but instead the lady in the kitchen was arguing with the cashier about remaking it with the same STALE bread so I decided to ask for my money back and i let the manager know the next morning but i had no apologize whatsoever

If you don't mind waiting close to 45 minutes for what is supposedly fast food, then this place is for you. The service here has to be some of the slowest that I've ever been to before the food quality isn't any better, but we are talking about Jack-in-the-Box. The ambience the minute you walk in nobody acknowledges you look you in the eye, or treat you with any type of respect. Pretty lame but what more can you ask for From Jack in the crack. Two out of five stars I'll give it another shot coming up maybe next month wait on my review.

Got two hash browns for my 5 year old and I and also a breakfast jack to share we got to the window and they handed my bag to me….the hash browns were good and super hot but I pulled out the breakfast jack and it was cold…… cheese wasn’t even melted almost as if they just through a breakfast jack into my bag that was left out …. It was gross and super cold

The food is good but the employee Josue ALWAYS has an attitude with customers. He almost always gets our order wrong and blames us when he’s the one to blame. He doesn’t ask for sizes of the order and just puts whatever he wants. He will claim he does repeat your order when he does not. I like going here because it’s closer to our home but I hope you won’t get Josue when you order here.
