Afte waiting 10 minutes to order in the lobby at 7am I had to use the bathroom pretty bad so I went to go into the bathroom and it was locked. So I asked if they can open the door and was greates with it's only for customers. I fold her if I was waited on the last 10 minutes I would have been a customer alrwady but I have to poop. She retorts well this is for everyone not just you. Seriously? How freaking rude. Stop focusing on just the drive thru and you wouldn't have this problem

The service was great, but I was disappointed w my Jr. Jumbo Jack. It was basically just a hamburger...and every table needed wiping down, although it is a pretty busy location, it wasn't too busy to be cleaned up a bit. Nice ladies, fast food.

Manager in gray shirt on 10/23 needs to use his words and speak up like a big boy, only location that won’t serve French friends with garlic butter on top I work at Oceanside location and moved around since 2014, my step grandfather is one of district managers, poor service by this vista manager near islands baskin robins center, male black hair, poor service, do better or atleast learn to speak a lil louder or atleast confidently, it’s a sorry excuse.

I always wonder when I go to Jack in The box and get a breakfast burrito and ask them for salsa why they give so little salsa for a whole breakfast burrito I feel like the employees are having this deducted from their paycheck or something and that's why you can never get enough salsa for a whole breakfast burrito it's kind of weird to me I don't notice it at any other restaurant but it is a problem Jack-in-the-Box why I don't understand it salsa can't possibly cost so much that you can't someone enough to enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito
