I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. And not for the food. But for one employee. It said its name is lily but who knows if thats her real real. She has a real ugly response to anything. She needs to work on her work ethic or find a new job. We didn't hire her or her aunty Maria in the jobs they got. They chose them. Why even hire these kinds of people in the first place? Unsatisfied and unimpressed.

Kevin is hands down the best drive-thru operator I’ve ever met! He’s always got a big smile on his face, eager to help, and makes sure every order is spot-on. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. This kid is 100% manager material — I’ve never once seen him without a positive attitude. Employees like Kevin make all the difference!

I ordered 8 tacos, the new sausage scrambled sandwich, and a free chicken sandwich. It was almost perfect until I saw no sausage in the sandwich, I got basically got their 2.50 grilled sandwich and was robbed of a 1 dollar. How can you forget one ingredient that's in the name?

I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this Jack in the Box, all thanks to a manager named Maria. She was loud, rude, argumentative, and displayed a complete lack of basic customer service. Not only did she fail to fulfill my order correctly, but when I attempted to address the issue, she refused to listen or resolve the problem professionally.

What made matters worse was that even after contacting upper management, Maria ignored their instructions and continued her unprofessional behavior. It's shocking that someone with such disregard for customers and her own leadership would still be allowed to manage a store.

I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Poor service, unaccountable management, and no respect for customers. Spend your money somewhere else it’s appreciated

I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at the Jack In The Box on Melrose Avenue in Vista, California. Not only was my original order completely mishandled, but when I followed up—after being advised by upper management via email—the staff at this location refused to cooperate.

They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in an unprofessional tone, raising their voices as if I was the one at fault. I came back expecting a resolution and basic customer service, but instead was met with hostility and attitude. It’s clear this location has serious management and communication issues.

This is not how customers should be treated. If you're looking for fast food without the drama, go somewhere else. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this Jack In The Box to anyone.

This Jack in the Box has great employees Rosa and Joseline. They prepared my meal like no other Jack in the Box. Rather than just tossing it all into a box or slamming it into a bag to go. I could tell Rosa put alot into prepping my food. Also Joseline took my order and offered great service.

My friend and I went to get some food, and everything was fine until we got our order. When Yasmine (or Jasmine) took our order, she rushed us and didn’t seem patient at all. I always check the food before leaving, and noticed it was wrong. We parked, walked back in, and stood at the counter waiting for help.

Yasmine came up to us and was immediately hostile when we calmly told her our order was incorrect. We had simply asked for four tacos with no salsa — not a big deal, but she made it into one. She asked for our receipt and told us the order was right. We pointed out the mistake, and also mentioned the fries in our meal looked skimpy. Her response? “So you want more fries??” Said with attitude. Honestly, yes — especially after getting our order wrong.

The irony is she was wearing a badge that said “I guarantee your order is 100% right.” Then she threw away our receipt and didn’t say anything else. As we were walking out, we could hear her talking badly about us — not even waiting until we were out the door. Completely unprofessional and rude.

This could’ve been a simple, friendly fix. A “Sorry about that, let me take care of it” would’ve been enough. Instead, we left feeling disrespected for no reason.
