Last time I goto jack in the box in my life.....so I have a survey code for a buy 1 get 1 free...1301 but on the the receipt is say bring this receipt...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! WHATS THE REASON FOR A CODE?? YOU WANT THIS LONG ASSS 14 DIGIT.CODE.WHY DONT YOU PRINT IN ON THE CONFIRMATION...OHH THATS BECUASE you want the customer the lose the receipt so you don't have to give it to them. Who in hell would want to keep a jack inthe box receipt.....you know why the only reason ill go here is to buy the receipt and give shit ass feedback like there shiptass program!!!

Ordered a large meal, and the large cup they gave me was dirty as all hell. With all kinds of dirt and gunk it in. My drink wasn't even salvageable. It says something when the first thing you see when you go to take a sip of your drink is a nice clump of gunk.. gross

I’m not very happy i usually Don’t ever have a problem with this place but at 12 am on Sunday and they have me cold food my burger wasn’t even warm at all and they double charged me for fries… that was supposed to come with my meal i was So i didnt Bother getting my other recipe for the fries but here’s the first recipe that clearly says medium fries.. and also they didn’t even fill my fries all the way up

Jack in the Box you should be more attentive to your employees because unfortunately I do not recommend that restaurant because the service is terrible your employees are not friendly at all I ordered a combo the bacon is cold the sausage everything is dry the only thing that was hot was the egg and still the The manager ignored me for asking if the food was already served cold and it wasn't busy, yet my order took 16 minutes, terrible.

The food is decent for their price , but their lack of customer service is crazy. I go there on a daily basis bc I work around the area and they see me standing there don’t say anything and walk away. Yall ain’t getting paid 21 just for doing drive thru orders. If ur store lacks that much customer service put out some self ordering machine like McDonald’s.
The person who understood me and her name is Jennifer is not kind today, Thursday, May 9. At 10 in the morning... ..if the food is good but they don't work on the friendliness they should improve that ?

If I could give zero stars I would. The Jack in The Box on N. Santa Fe Vista, CA are a bunch of idiots. My order was simple and they got it wrong. I always check to make sure that everything is in the bag. But I guess I have to unwrap everything too to make sure the order is right. Minimum wage is supposed to raise up to $20/hr??? For what if you can't even get an order right!
