After a rough day, I was hoping for a midnight pick-me-up. Unfortunately, my tacos came with sauce when I asked for none, and my Jumbo Jack cheeseburgers had no cheese. I still ate them, but it was a letdown—hopefully next time will be better.

It's a generic fast-food place with a dirty bathroom. They have decent service, not many problems unless they are tired. The food is good normal fast food quality.

Last time I goto jack in the box in my life.....so I have a survey code for a buy 1 get 1 free...1301 but on the the receipt is say bring this receipt...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! WHATS THE REASON FOR A CODE?? YOU WANT THIS LONG ASSS 14 DIGIT.CODE.WHY DONT YOU PRINT IN ON THE CONFIRMATION...OHH THATS BECUASE you want the customer the lose the receipt so you don't have to give it to them. Who in hell would want to keep a jack inthe box receipt.....you know why the only reason ill go here is to buy the receipt and give shit ass feedback like there shiptass program!!!

Ordered a large meal, and the large cup they gave me was dirty as all hell. With all kinds of dirt and gunk it in. My drink wasn't even salvageable. It says something when the first thing you see when you go to take a sip of your drink is a nice clump of gunk.. gross
