I’ve been going to this location off and on for 5-6 years (I work like 3 minutes away) and it sucks because they ALWAYS get my order wrong. They have gotten my order right 1 singular time in the 5-6 years I’ve been going here. I continue to go because it’s close and convenient. I always order 2 GRILLED classic Jack Wraps. No changes, no added things. Just 2 grilled classic Jack wraps with NO modifications. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have to pull into their parking lot and make sure I got the right thing. EVERY time I don’t. They either have the fried chicken/chicken fingers and it’s a 50/50 shot if it’s classic or spicy. I finally had the courage to speak up since a manager was at the counter when I asked for a replacement and when I voiced what was going on (actually I asked if I could order it differently to assure I got what I was wanting) she said “well I offered to have them remade that’s all I can do” so I let it be. Went back today (that was two months ago) and unfortunately did not have the time to check my food and I should have known better but they messed up my order again. Wound up giving my lunch to a coworker of mine. I HIGHLY recommend checking your food if you order from this location because they mess mine up every single time (minus once in 5-6 years)

well, they suppose to open lobby at 6 am every day, is 6:26 am and they are closed. called the number that is posted on the windown and actually someone human answered. she claim to open at 7am becuase tomorrow is monday and is labor day. interesting....

I work at uber eats, I got my order at 6:05, I arrived at 6:20 and the restaurant is still closed. It's 6:40 now. The workers still haven't opened the doors. Because of them, I'm losing my money, my work statistics are getting ruined. Why is this happening? This is not cool, guys.

Got a junior cheeseburger from there yesterday and the bun was so staled that all you can eat was the meat it was so stale you could barely pull it apart
The customer service at this place was amazing!The 2 boys there treated me amazingly. We came Sunday and the food was great and the service was great

Dirty tables, waiting 15 mins for orders, they call out your order by item. Why not do it like every other jack in the box and call out Order Numbers. Can’t even speak English.

Ended up getting regular fries, nuggets, 2 sweet and sour sauces, and 2 ranch sauces.
