Tried to order a noggy sweet cream iced coffee, and the lady handed me a regular iced coffee, with no sugar and no sweet cream stating it was the noggy. When I wanted to order the loaded tiny tacos she had no clue as to what I was talking about. Employee is not informed of the current menu and I believe she might have been a manager. Please train your employees better, I usually love Jack in the Box but this wasn’t a good experience.

the staff that attempted to assist me got my order wrong, was unable to print out a receipt, incapable of giving me teriyaki sauce, and had to ask me if I had received my food already, as if there was to be some other portal that may have given me my food. Worst part is they got my shake wrong.

I love that they have kept some alternate options on their menu. My fave go-to's are their chicken teriyaki bowl combo, and the chicken fajita pita. I still like their mini tacos,but their original 2 crunchy tacos are still a better deal .

Different store than I usually go to but sandwich was just as good. Inside of store a little older.
Dregs hang out here in spite of signs that should deter this. Got overcharged by $2.99 per salad. Sandy said he would not refund the amount. The menu gives the price without an add on price for chicken. I’ve tried three times to get an explanation and / or refund for the issue. Nothing but a runaround from Corp office. Never going back, will tell anyone who will listen !

Great Staff!! I had to go to vista and needed to charge my phone, they have a lot . They were kind and didn't make me feel like I was unwanted.
The service is always really slow and they mess up my order almost every time I order there. The last 3 spicy jack wraps I've ordered there have come with pickles instead of jalapenos. I like pickles, but they taste awful in the jack wraps which is why I specifically order the spicy. Can't be that hard to follow a fast food
