Very rude. I went to do a unboxing of the Gremlins box for my 1.4 million followers, they didn't give me the sauce or the air freshener. When I returned they didn't want to honor my return until I said that I was posting this for my 1.4 million followers. Then she passively aggressive fixed my order but stapled my air freshener to the bag making it now worthless. I will not be returning and I will tell my crowd to never shop at this location.

I LEFT WITH NO FOOD.....Either grossly understaffed with 3 employees and 2 people in the dining area or employees simply dont gaf i waited 15+ minutes for 2 orders of tacos and a chicken sandwich. No computers weren't down as thats how I placed the oder and watched it sit there and te drive thru was unbusy.

Raunchy and laughable. Ran by a bunch of kids and little girls who can't act right. Cussing and treating customers with upmost disrespect. They dont know how to provide enough professionalism to make this store what it's supposed to be. A huge downgrade from uptown Vista. The guys are cool, the girls have obvious problems as it forshows in their ethics. I dont recommend.

Tried to order a noggy sweet cream iced coffee, and the lady handed me a regular iced coffee, with no sugar and no sweet cream stating it was the noggy. When I wanted to order the loaded tiny tacos she had no clue as to what I was talking about. Employee is not informed of the current menu and I believe she might have been a manager. Please train your employees better, I usually love Jack in the Box but this wasn’t a good experience.
the staff that attempted to assist me got my order wrong, was unable to print out a receipt, incapable of giving me teriyaki sauce, and had to ask me if I had received my food already, as if there was to be some other portal that may have given me my food. Worst part is they got my shake wrong.

I love that they have kept some alternate options on their menu. My fave go-to's are their chicken teriyaki bowl combo, and the chicken fajita pita. I still like their mini tacos,but their original 2 crunchy tacos are still a better deal .
