I rarely do reviews and felt like I needed to do one for this place in particular.. it’s close to where I live and everytime I order online they mess up my order, but.. everytime I call it in for them to fix it the workers are very helpful and not rude to me at all. They always tell me they will fix it and make me a whole new sandwich at that! Something they can work on is the issue with orders not being done correctly. Overall personnel has been polite to me!

Once again this particular site messes up part of our order. We were VERY SPECIFIC about what was wanted and NOT wanted. The young man showed the order ticket in an attempt to show it was our fault. Upon ordering he repeated it verbatim! They did remake the sandwich, somewhat reluctantly. This issue of constant mistakes is exactly the reason we rarely patronize this Jersey Mike's. And now the no longer carry Tastykakes. We'll be going back to Philly Frank's even though it's out of the way. Forced to give one star as zero is never an option!!!

Most likely the last time I will come to this location! One thing I’ve learned with this specific location is you’re better off going in-person to order versus ordering online. Online pick-up experience for me has not been good at all.

The little kid thinks he's a manager and he does a terrible job it's ran by children and when I asked to talk to a manager I was addressed by another child!!

They would not accept my "buy one sandwich get one free" because the one employee thought it was fake. So without making a scene I paid in full for two giants at full price around $40!!! Not cool..... My wife used it at the Jersey Mike's in San Marcos few days later, it didn't scan but they still excepted the acknowledged the coupon. Now thats great customer service!!! Pretty much if you have coupons go elsewhere..... I still love Jersey Mike's!!! But definitely won't go back to this location. 😕

I ordered 4 sandwiches. Spent $50.00. One of them. Mine in particular came wrong. It was suppose to be roast beef. Not turkey. My sister in law just told me her bread was moldy. Yes moldy. She could only eat part of her sandwich. This is what I got for $50.00. They cant expect us to open up every sandwich and check to see if they're right before we leave. Other people don't like opened packages when it comes to food. And I certainly don't want to drive the 3+ miles to go back and have it changed. I'm very disappointed. It may not be a big deal to the employees but it is to the customers. Been going to hacienda for years. Not anymore.

Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots because of the best item on their menu, the Mikes Way Club Sub with everything on it! It’s been my go-to meal for years, and at one point on a weekly basis. The Giant portion size, Tuesday rewards program, and high quality sandwich they produce as a whole were all reasons which kept me coming back. As of recently, I’ve been getting their California Club Sub which is the same thing, but also features avocado. This past week I was humbled a bit, I didn’t particularly enjoy noticing the low quality turkey breast used on a California Club Sub I ate. It was very bland and lacked flavor. I honestly think that the turkey breast has always been somewhat bland and that I simply overlooked this truth because I was enjoying the salt & vinegar so much that I didn’t take the time and give any attention to the turkey. I may need to branch out and try the rest of their menu for a while until they can bring the turkey breast quality into fruition. The service gets no infractions and is consistently quality, they’re professionally casual. The dining experience is quite a standard one, there’s nothing to write home about, but again its goal is to be casual so just be sure you’re aware that this isn’t a typical sit down place, but rather a fast food styled atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: Great idea for the kids if they’ll enjoy subs.
