This is my second experience with the same issue. I've visited this location maybe 5 times in the past year. I'll ask if they could write my order down opposed to trying to remembering to remember it or continuously ask for the next item on you sandwich. I briefed them ahead of time stating I have a few substitutions.
The female working with Matthew tonight did not write my order down even after I requested stating that it was find she could remember it. I had to remind her to add items to my order. Got home a noticed the grill peppers and onions were not added. When I entered I apologized to the staff for coming in late (8:35pm) before closing. Kind why I asked for my order to be written down because the focus is on closing the store not making my order. I'm leaving this because operational flow could improve and customers don't have to continuously repeat themselves.

Always have had good experiences with the food but the service has gone downhill (as you can see in recent reviews). I was in a hurry and made an order for pickup. When I arrived they couldn’t find my order. They then told me that they cancelled my order. I When I asked why they cancelled my order they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. I would have appreciated a phone call or at least some decent customer service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they were reluctant to give me any way to contact them. Definitely won’t come back to this store again.

I just purchased a hot sub from this Location and first of all customer service is bad! I wasn't even acknowledged until another person walked in and my sub was cold! When I asked for my order the girl was rude! I believe she’s Chinese. Please do better.

I'm not sure what was up today 7/23 but i ordered online for pickup, and noticed one of the sandwiches was incorrect (completely different sandwich). No big deal, I reordered and returned for the new, correct sandwich. It was all cool, I didnt mention anything until the man asking for my order name kept... asking me what my name was, over and over, so I was trying to be more clear, but the way he was doing this was very condescending like I was totally inconveniencing him. I dont know what else to say except my name, like he asked. That's fine, but then I wanted to confirm that it was the correct sandwich since I came all the way back to try and get the right order, and got a very rude response, followed by him rolling his eyes at me. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Hands down the best Jersey Mike sandwiches around. The crew is my favorite! They prepare the food with care, and they hustle. I think they might also make the sandwiches faster than any other locations.. I've got another location near me, but I intentionally come to this spot. Good job guys!

The folks that work at this location are AWESOME! They always take care of us with lots of grace and professionalism. I can’t say enough good about this crew, especially the tall, young white kid. Solid staff working here. They know how to make an epic sandwich, and they are chill and happy working with each other.I'm happy to have them in Vista.
Filthy dirty store. I even commented that it looked like a tornado flew through there. I asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce in the bin was brown, the kid refused to offer me different lettuce. So I bought a sandwich with no lettuce :( The lettuce was about gone and it was totally brown. Then I pay for the sandwich with my credit and I didn’t tip him in that transaction cause i had cash in my hand to put in the tip bucket, but he quickly turned and walked away without a thank you. I did tip him…find a different job don't work as a server if your goal is to not care about quality. I’m not a complainer and have never posted a negative response on line. This time I couldn’t help myself because he blatantly told the lettuce was fine but it was flipping brown!

Everytime I go here I ask for a number 26 on white with FRESH JALEPNOS and every single time I go they forget it like I don’t understand how hard it is. Some employee takes my order and he doesn’t think to tell the other employee whose the one making it, that this guy has a special request for his sandwhich…?
