Once again all I asked for was fresh jalapeños on my sandwich. I was so easy ordering too "hey may I get a number 26 but can you add jalapeños" that's all I said and these workers can process what jalapeños mean... this is like the 3rd time this has happened here imma just go to a different one.

God awful experience. Short Hispanic young woman served me and stood there for a minute before making my sandwich. I was wondering what she was doing thought she was high. Didn't cut my sandwich all the way and I get back and there's a long black hair in my food. I should have said something and got this sando for free

The folks that work at this location are AWESOME! They always take care of us with lots of grace and professionalism. I can’t say enough good about this crew, especially the tall, young white kid. I LOVE this location! I go in at least twice a week, and everyone is always so friendly. Matt the Manager is especially great. We always chit chat it up, and he always remembers details about our conversations, and asks how things are with my kids and work. Can't recommend them enough, even when the food speaks for itself! Filthy dirty store. I even commented that it looked like a tornado flew through there. I asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce in the bin was brown, the kid refused to offer me different lettuce. So I bought a sandwich with no lettuce :( The lettuce was about gone and it was totally brown. Then I pay for the sandwich with my credit and I didn’t tip him in that transaction cause i had cash in my hand to put in the tip bucket, but he quickly turned and walked away without a thank you. I did tip him…find a different job don't work as a server if your goal is to not care about quality. I’m not a complainer and have never posted a negative response on line. This time I couldn’t help myself because he blatantly told the lettuce was fine but it was flipping brown!

I was impressed by the attitude and friendly nature of all the employees working! I’m sorry I can’t remember any of their names. I was here on 9-27-22 at 1:50pm. I hope their employer sees this and gives some sort of recognition. Very pleasant experience.

They got myY order all wrong the bread was to thing and falling apart avocado was added all wrong and they gave a bad face when you ask for a new bread . Don't go here bad derisive since they don't have management .
