I went in and the young lady there was extremely rude to pretty much all the customers there. She had terrible customer service. If it wasn't for the young man there the experience would have been overall horrible. I hope she gets talked to. That will be the first and last time I come to this location.

Order pick up from here all the time, usually a great experience but today it seemed like the staff was a little concervative on toppings. Had the tuna with let tomato and onions and I could count the strands of lettuce. I thought it was strange, since I put in the order 30 minutes after opening. I even requested extra but somehow I get less than normal. Hope this is just a one off, I'd hate to lose my regular spot.

My son had never had a cheesesteak sandwich before and I raved and raved about wanting him to try the one from Jersey Mike’s. The night before sending him back to college, we always do a food grab and I convinced him to go here with me instead of his fave place Board and Brew. After checking out the menu he decided on the bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak and I ordered the big kahuna steak. He’s a big eater so i ordered 2 giants so he could try both the chicken and steak. What is so frustrating about this place is you never know if they got your order right until you get home. They already messed up my order once before and you just have to deal with it. This time, there was no lettuce in his sandwich and just a drop of ranch! Hardly any meat in either sandwich and no mushrooms in the big kahuna. Just a lot of bread. I should have known it was going to be bad when the grill guy made a face when he heard our order- Not sure why?Definitely NOT worth $45 to get two giant pieces of bread as excuses for sandwiches.

I had come in for lunch to this location and a man was shouting at an employee about an order he had placed. He was complaining about something they had 0 control over. Alexis was extremely polite and professional while the man continued to use profanity with other customers as well. He even threatened a customer in line who spoke up. Jersey Mike’s, please give your employees a raise for dealing with such rude people. The staff at this location is always on their game and super kind.

The food is good however my 3-star raiting is based on the cost of the food. In my opinion a 12-in sandwich should not cost $17. You can get comparable food from other sandwich shops and a lesser cost.
