This place has fantastic dumplings. I haven't tried anything else here yet because I am fixated on the pork and shrimp dumplings. So good. Really good.

The cashier charged an extra tip without any notice or authorization!！

I had lunch at this restaurant when it was not busy—only three tables were occupied. During the meal, I tried to get the waiter’s attention to order more food. I waved and called out to him several times, but he was wearing headphones and never looked up to check if any customers needed assistance. There was absolutely no service—I had to walk to the cashier’s counter just to speak with him.

Because of the poor service, I decided not to leave an 18% tip, but I still left a reasonable 15-16% tip.

To my surprise, I later found out that the cashier charged me more tip without informing me! I’ve attached both the receipt and my credit card statement as proof.

It’s not about the few extra dollars—it’s about the dishonesty and fraudulent behavior. Given the lack of service and the unauthorized charge, I’m extremely upset.

This is a very untrustworthy place. I’m sharing my experience so others won’t fall into the same trap.

The food was decent and the flavor was acceptable, but the service was completely unacceptable. Throughout our entire visit, the server was wearing AirPods and barely responded when we tried to get their attention. It was frustrating.

What’s worse and completely unacceptable, is that after we left a standard tip (not low, just normal), we later discovered that the restaurant illegally added extra tip charges to our credit card without our consent. This is a blatant violation of trust and extremely dishonest behavior.

I feel deeply offended and scammed by this kind of action. I consider it’s fraudulent.I strongly advise others to check their statements carefully if you choose to eat here.

Pork fried rice was delicious. There was so much if it, of course we had leftovers. I enjoyed it the second day, unfortunately my gut did not. It seemed like food poisoning.It was delivered.

Was originally a 5 star review. But quality is slowly dropping and the staff is not as friendly. I would avoid any dim-sum as this is not their strong suit.

If you do order pick up through their app, they DO NOT notify you when food is ready. ETA was 40 minutes for the food to be ready, so I waited 40 minutes expecting to recieve a notification. Nope, I arrive and my, plus 4 or 5 other orders are waiting bagged up on the counter. The food was really gross due to this. Why take down phone number and email at order entry if you dont bother using it to notify customers? Really disappointed, especially for the near $60 price tag.

Not fond of places that impose tips, dumplings smelled like wet Dog food.

Salt and pepper fish and shrimp were really good though.

I’m not sure if the employees here were having a bad night or what but it was my first time trying this restaurant and the ladies here were very rude. Horrible customer service..

Brased beef soup superb totally worth waiting half an hour for it, and yes, even I am surprised to say it.... Things I totally dislike...when in the heck is it ok to charge a mandatory 20% tip ahead of being served? That is totally rude and unamerican to impose such an outrageous rule, so even if the service was unprofessional or rude it is too late because the tip was collected ahead of time....Let's not allow the abuse to be the norm...!

The food here is amazing! Its definately 10/10 for me, the fried rice is very balance in flavor and the meat are cooked wonderfully and tender

The reason why I give it a 4 star is because their lack of variety in the menu like beverages and included side dishes with the entree’s

The portion amount is huge! Per entree’s it is good for 2-3 people. The steam rice is separate cost. There is no combo with any of the entrees, no lunch special as well. I just wish they have more of a variety, eating one thing gets tiring. I wish i had chow mein on the side or a complimentary soup or salad to reset my palette. It builds up on the cost if you wanna order these items separately.

The people are friendly and accommodating!

Also in terms of sauces they are limited, no hoisin sauce for the scallion pancake, normally they go together. I recommend bringing a packet of your own because their scallion pancake is on point!
