Had the most awful experience with this location, the lady who “helped” me she said her name was Edith is a very rude individual with no customer service. After our interaction I asked to get a number to call since she was extremely rude she said “look for it on the internet, do your own research.”

That type of chicken had hair on multiple parts got grossed out when I saw more then one, everything else was delicious my mashed potatoes container had a little portion and it was a large!! Chicken was cold i got half and half was old chicken they gave me i ordered a 14 piece.

This is the worst KFC, they get my order wrong every single time I order on the app. You'd think I would be smart enough to check when I pick it up but I'm not. Plus they have the worst employees with bad attitudes. I'm not going here again.

What can I say, it's KFC. Food was a little greasy and somewhat salty, but you're not going there because your first thought of healthy food is KFC. Service in the drive through was super fast. Chicken strips were tasty.

Don't order the pot pies... They barely have filling. You'll get nothing but the pastry, air, and half a scoop of filling. The fries were half soggy and half hard. Which tells me they had fries sitting and mixed them with fries sitting there too long. They were hardly edible. I asked for plates and utensils, which weren't received. They also said my order was ready, but when I arrived, they said I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Drinks overfilled with ice. Hard and cold biscuits. Couldn't be bothered to go back, complain or have them fix the order. Just don't visit this location in general unless you really are that hungry...

Ordered a 3 piece meal, original recipe. The coating was dry and hard on 2 pieces of thigh. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. The rest of the chicken was good. The potatoes a d gravy and cole slaw were good. I went up and ordered the 2 Apple Turnovers that were advertised at 2.19. The cashier quoted 2.70. When I asked why the menu board read 2.19, All she said was, "Oh, that's wrong". I suggested they correct it before someone complains. She didn't say anything, or offer to give it to me at the advertised price.
