the food here is SO GOOD. unbelievable
Scallion Pancake is my favorite thing. Tastes like they make the noodles and dumpling dough in-house. Great food with great prices for the large portions.
My personal recommendation is to save your money. I was excited for this place because it had some good review. BUT the food isn’t great. Beef and seafood soup were tasteless. Dan Dan Noodles and Chow Mein were average. Not a very clean place either.
My personal comfort restaurant.
The food is always excellent and we have never had a bad experience.
Everything is handmade with love, and it shows.
Our personal favorites are;
Shumai (when available, they are on the special menu, which does change)
Braised pork ribs noodle
Xaio Long Bao (Soup dumplings)
Tomato egg noodle
Beef roll
Do NOT skip the house hot sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce that are on the table, free of charge
They enhance nearly everything, so definitely experiment with what combinations you like best
Atm they take cash and a few select app based payments only, so be aware, but it's not really an issue so long as you come prepared
They put a bunch of chicken dumplings in my vegetable dumpling order. They told me that they were out of vegetable and they only had 9 left for the order you get 10 and asked me if they could give me one chicken. I thought that's fine bc my husband will eat it. They gave me 5 chicken 1 mystery meet lol and rest were vegetable. On top of that it wasn't tasty. Shrimp fried rice was ok not like I'd come back for it. The buns were not good either. I'd pass on this spot.
The food was incredible!! First time eating here and I was blown away by how authentic this food was. You can tell they prepare it with love.
Excellent food and service. Shout out to Ulysses for great service and patience with us deciding what we wanted. Food was excellent. We had Dan Dan noodles, Beef Noodle soup, steamed dumplings, potstickers, egg fried rice , cucumber salad and Taiwan fried chicken.
Always delicious! Go to order: chicken chow mein, cucumber salad, and veggie bun. They serve very generous portions. One of my favorite places for buns, pot stickers, and noodles.
Delicious, fresh, and flavorful noodles and dumplings. They make the dumplings fresh on site. This will be my new “go to” spot for this cuisine in North County. No frills decor inside, service is good but the food is where this spot shines!
Delicious 😋

Bare bones accommodation, you order on a checklist, the music is in Mandarin- this place is very very good and authentically Chinese(don’t expect Mr. Hong’s nasty fried rice under a heat lamp and don’t expect a bowing scraping friendly waiter, you come here for the FOOD!) Try the Dan Dan Noodle, Green Beans, and the Pan Fried Dumplings.
Food is so authentic and good. The menu is not big, but what they make is excellent! Not heavy or greasy like a lot of other Chinese restaurants can be.
It’s not fancy, but it’s tasty!!
Very authentic. Customer service ok . Check specials too. Good portions.
Freezing had doors open asked to close left open at night just soup not worth the money! Waitress didn’t speak 2 words will not go again
We ordered the chicken chow mein noodles, crab and pork xiao long baos, and pan-fried beef potstickers, and let me tell you, this was hands down the best food we’ve had in North County!
The chow mein noodles were incredibly flavorful, the xiao long baos were perfectly soupy, and the potstickers were crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender filling. What really stood out was how authentic the food tasted—it’s one of a kind and doesn’t try to be something trendy or overly modernized. It’s just amazing, high-quality food done right. We were genuinely surprised by how good everything was and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves authentic flavors!
