Our first visit was in December 2023 and my mother wanted to use the bathroom and she was told the bathroom was out of service. We came back today 3/22/24 and my 5 year old wanted use the bathroom. We were told the bathroom was still out of service but one of their employees had just finished using the bathroom. Dishonest business that doesn’t care about taking care of their customers. The tables were dirty and the trash can was overflowing. Poor customer service won’t be returning back. I hope the health department checks on this business soon to ensure the public’s safety.

I went in January 2024 and the restroom was out of service and today I went again march 22, 2024 and asked if my son could use the restroom and the (GUY) said it was out of service “still” but the employee (guy) had just came out of it when i ask if we could use it. The place is also dirty, garbage cans over flowing, tables and chairs dirty. They don’t have enough varieties of i cream or icream popsicles. Its nothing compared to other’s Michoacana’s i have been to. Never returning again. The girl was asked to make a corn cup and she rubbed her had on her nose while holding the cup of corn ( was not my cup).

Way over priced for the little amount the put in . The guy was absolutely RUDE and spoke in a very condescending way . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money.

Worst customer service. I went and spent over $50 just for the guy to be rude. He seemed like he didn’t even want to take my order and when I asked for something he was just rushing not letting me finish. On top of that they have another employee in the back and they make you feel like you can’t order many items and want to rush. As someone who works in customer service this is unacceptable and someone should teach these employees to give better service and to have patience. I’d rather make a drive somewhere else than waste my money here again. Start hiring better people with good customer service and patience. ?

They do not use gloves while preparing your food, they garb a lot of stuff and never wash their hands while I was waiting for my order!

Didn’t like the taste at all. However, maybe because I’m not used to it. They have lots of variety of tastes, so would recommend if you already love Michoacana?

this was a waste of money we went in and go disregarded by the lady only for her to make my order wrong and add way to much chile, to where its uneatable.. I came here because its close to work but I wont return.

These people are rude. I sent my young son in . They were laughing at him because he spoke English. They refused to let him order what he wanted even though he provided a photo from the menu. He said they just kept laughing at him.That aside, they have lackluster product.. Your customers are what let you have a business. Get some social skills and manners if you want to keep them. From a mom's perspective, to intimidate and bully a little boy is just a testament to the weak and sad person you are. AVOID THIS PLACE, there's a much better ,similar place on Emerald.***Attention owner, by the looks of reviews it seems you need to fire your rude staff and train new. They're horrible and killing your business.
