Overwhelmed. This is the benchmark of Mexican cuisine. I was taken back by the huge portion sizes and the authentic flavor. Biggest Carne Asada burrito I've had in north county and the quesadilla was packed full of cheese. 100% recommend.
Initially impressed by a place that claimed to be inspired by cuisine from a beach city in Michoacán, I decided to try this place out. It is situated in what seemed like a calm shopping mall in the middle of Vista. I was immediately impressed by the thick chips and salsa! I ordered the two fish taco plate. I have had multitudes of grilled fish tacos throughout SD and SoCal. What has made this one of my favorite? It's in the tortillas that they use. The two-tortillas used...
