I'm a usual customer. Tonight's experience was not the best I specifically asked for green salsa and received no salsa. I ordered carne asada fries and received carne asada with chips that tasted stale. Tonight wasn't their best performance.

Usually I'd recommend this location but they have been slacking in service and quality of foods lately. I like the location so I tried again after no going for awhile. My burrito was cold when I bit into it. It wasn't just one spot. I opened it up and it was cold throughout. I was no where near a microwave to warm it and I had driven further away from the location by the time I had bit into it. This just turned me off from eating there for a bit. I'll make sure I check my fits before leaving the window.

I've come into this restaurant many many a times however today's visit was very disappointing! I understand the price of food must go up as they have their own costs however I was used to paying $14 for a shrimp cocktail with plenty of shrimp today I paid $17 with about five shrimp very very disappointing!

Don't go here This place needs to be inspected Professionalism is non existent Food is nasty from here. (It wasn't like this 4 years ago here) now I don't think there are any expectations to how the owners hold their cooks accountable. Drive through is going to cause someone's vehicle to get damaged although I'm sure it has already. Pending lawsuit. Food contains choking hazards, plastic shards or glass found Food is not worth a buck. Where are the owners?

If I could give zero stars I would. I was a very consistent customer up until now this place is horrible and no one should visit here for their safety. There was an extremely sharp piece of plastic wedged into my taquitos. I don't know what the reason was but that's a choking and health hazard. this place deserves to be shut down for that, very much looking forward to filing a police report .

My husband and I used to LOVE this place! It was always our go to for late night eats. This past weekend I went to pick up some Carne asada burritos and boy was it pathetic! I paid $27 and change for 2 all tortilla, barely any meat burritos. Their burritos use to be full of meat and goodness. We have never had a bad thing to say about this place but my husband and I were very disappointed.

Excellent Mexican food, fast and tasty. Large selection, huge portions. If you walk away still hungry, that's on you! Had carnitas tacos and carne asada burritos. Highly recommended!

I eat here all the time and order the same thing. I'm simple hence I don't mind the food here and actually don't mind it being casual but please read . My experiences here go way back 3 years ago and I have gradually noticed a decline of food quality, sanitary quality and service is just in the negatives. I can understand "you pay for what you get" --but I still expect my money to be appreciated and not give me service that is in the negatives at the very least. upon arriving to the drive through you are asked "what do you want" or "can I help you!" I have ordered a bean and cheese burrito and today is my last time coming here. I was given rice in my burrito and I'm upset this is a continuous mistake or at this point decision the cooks make. After waiting 30 min to get my singular burrito made it's not even the correct order. If you are out of ingredients tell the customer. 6 dollars for something that will be tossed to the trash is sad. I ordered with doordash from this place a couple weeks ago for the same bean and cheese burrito and it was JUST a cheese burrito. No beans at all .. what is going on? This is my 1st review I will be back to share my other experiences until this management does something

It's been 3 times we've come and ordered. And they got our orders ... we've had to come back. It's very upsetting.
One of those lucky fines in Santa Barbara. Food is very good and so is the service. Can't beat the prices either for real authentic Mexican food.

Not sure what the issue is but the last 4 consecutive times I've gone here I arrived home with an item different than the one I ordered. Food is good but they cannot seem to make an order correctly no matter how many times I try this place. Getting sick of arriving home with the wrong food literally every single time I go here.

Quick and random lunch stop. Enjoyed two 3 taco combos, one w steak, one w chicken 10/10 & the super nachos. 10/10 There is a salsa bar 8/10. Also had the strawberry and a limon margarita 8/10. (Chicken tacos not pictured)

Love this place. $7 for a super good, classic style burrito. Salsa bar was good as well. Best part by far was the customer service, amazing staff!
