Missing items . I call and ask if they can make an item that missing was just there she says she can’t find my order I tell her I have receipt and my McDonald’s app that shows the order from 5 min ago she continues to say she can’t find it. We had already gone in for missing fries we get home and notice a burger missing so instead of an apology she just continues to say she doesn’t see my order and I confirm the address and just end up telling her my husband on his way with receipt if they can have it ready because it’s the second time and he’s running late for work and she says we will make it when he shows receipt she was very rude. I’ll just not go to this McDonald’s and pick civic center one over this one

Weird bcos there's hardly any employees to be seen or found!! I just wanted to pay cash for a big Mac and was forced to order off touch screen with credit card!? That's why they shouldn't have to pay $20 an hour to employees!! McDonald's awnser is just replace workers with ai!!

First It's like driving thru a maze just entering the parking lot , second You have to take your own order and the kitchen is blocked off by a wall and employees stay back there it's very hard to track one down. I do not like these new concept McDonald's at all. I ended up just walking out.

Clean and cold environment. The remodel of mcdonald's is cold and impersonal. The food was bland. Scrambled eggs were tasteless and overcooked. Muffin was bland. Pancakes were bland. Iced coffee had sugar in it, which I did not ask for. Bacon was just OK. Sausage had a good flavor. I stopped here because my favorite nearby breakfast place was closed for the day. Their prices are the same or less, and their food is full of flavor. I thought I would give the new McD a try and was disappointed.

Always very, very slow service - even when the parking lot is empty. Done going to this location, as it’s frustrating every time we go. Frappe machine broken since the location opened. Huge bummer as we were so excited for this location to open.
Tried to write corporate but have to find the store number. I purchased 2 happy meals at another location & they didn’t have the minions toy that came with them. I drove to this location and they said they did in fact have it. I told them I purchased 2 happy meals just now (had the food sitting in my car) and asked if I could have one minion toy since the other store was out. The drive thru person asked management and they said I’d have to pay. Normally I wouldnt post these reviews or complain but the sheer fact that those toys cost approximately .10 & McDonalds is a multibillion operation I found it absolutely ridiculous they’d charge for a toy (especially since I already purchased two happy meals already). Extremely poor management. Would have cost them nothing at all. Definitely avoiding this location.

Horrible place, it is automated, there are no employees or attendants inside. You have to figure out how to order with no instructions at all. If this is what future McDonalds are like , I won’t go anymore. Dehumanizing, sterile, and unwelcoming.

I have encountered this issue on a prior occasion, and unfortunately, it has recurred. Despite specifically requesting a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, the order was delivered with pickles included. This situation is particularly frustrating as it occurred upon arriving home, and subsequently, my child refused to consume the meal due to its deviation from the intended order.
