I’ve never taken the time to write a review before but from this experience I just had to. I just have to say, I have never in over two decades of going to McDonalds, all throughout the United States and even internationally, had a better experience than I did with Vanessa, the manager at this location. Even at 9 pm her kindness and willingness to help me and my wife was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The world needs more Vanessas.

Came in for a pick up order and although I did have to wait a few moments, I can tell the team was working as hard as they could. I can tell they were short staffed but I appreciated the team communicating the wait time and apologizing for any time I had to wait.

Got my food and tasted the fries, definitely had been sitting there and old tasting. Asked for fresh fries and the worker took them back and then brought out the same ones and tried to tell me it was a brand new batch they took out. Either they suck at making food or she tried to pull a fast one. Either way, terrible service. And it’s not the first time the food has been gross

Enough is enough. Missing items, wrong items, waiting at the park for my order when there is barely any customers or ordered a couple items, you name it. And this happens all the time. I go back because it's convenient to where I live. If you go there, beware. Wrote a complaint and of course get the response that it's forwarded to the local franchise because they're best suited to handle the issue. Hello, they are the problem.

I got a happy meal and it was so kid friendly their was a toy nuggets/burger fries, apples and a drink
Horrible customer service. Employees are so unfriendly. Takes a long time to get simple orders. Items higher priced than other locations near by, I rather drive the extra 2min for better price and better customer service.

Ordered a drive-through One car behind me I was asked to park in number one spot I only ordered at 9:30 AM two sausage muffins with egg and two hashbrowns I parked in number one spot I waited 10 minutes After no cars or drive-through anymore I went inside Five minutes for somebody to ask me when I needed it, which I told them They had not even started my order There was no hashbrowns cooked and I was asked to even wait longer This restaurant should’ve never been opened if they cannot keep up with one Customer
