I love the food hear but some serious cleanup needs to happen. The ceiling is dirty, I know the exhaust hood isn’t working right because the place is always smoky (hence the dirty ceiling), and I could find an inspectors grade anywhere in the building (I honestly may have just missed it). BUT. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is 9.5/10. And everything else is clean. Tempura Brussel sprouts, fried gyoza and miso soup were fantastic the first night. So we came back again to try the Ramen and Udon bowls. Great service, fairly quick even when busy and just delicious food! We had questions and some special requests but Colton was extra helpful!
