I had a horrible day yesterday. Nothing went right. The only thing that went well was my lunch at Mirin Kitchen. Sometimes it is the little things in life, but my sushi was a light on a very dark day.

The food had hair in it for one, for two the service was slow and, three the management here sucks. Ps. They don’t wear gloves while handling food.

Went for the first time for take out. The food was still super hot by the time I got back to work which was another 15 minute drive so thats pretty good. The inside was very clean and stylish and the staff was very kind. The price is a bit high but you do get a good amount of food so it's worth it. The flavors were not exactly my jam. I was looking for a place that served good karaage after finding a great spot in Las Vegas and what I got here just was only vaguely similar. Also the fried rice had a LOT of corn in it, so its not for me but I know a good amount of people will like it.

Had the yummy tempura brussel sprouts and tonkotsu black garlic ramen. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. This was my first time here, what a rare gem they have so many options in Japanese cuisine. I am definitely coming back!

My wife and I decided to have a late lunch, and we were definitely impressed. The sushi was fresh, and I've never had wasabi that I actually looked forward to. The ramen was good, but I really enjoyed the Protein Roll. I'd definitely recommend this spot for couples or a new lunch spot.
Oh man, let me tell you. This place is clean and chic. The food is extremely delicious. We had the sushi and ramen. The sushi is fresh and flavorful. The ramen the noodles are perfect, and that broth was rich. The service is top tier. Very attentive. I'm definitely coming back, especially for that fresh wasabi.

If you live in Vista and have not visted this establishment you are missing out. After my first visit I already feel a little obsession brewing. The atmosphere is clean, and relaxing. There is ample space and seating inside. The wait staff are friendly and the food was amazing. What else can you ask for? I can't wait to go back and explore the food menu more.
