I discovered Mirin Kitchen purely by chance. I was having a sushi attack and I found Mirin Kitchen while driving in the Vista area. They make the most delicious Crispy Dragon Roll I’ve ever had! Fresh ingredients and rolled to perfection! I also tried the Katsu Chicken which was moist and hot when it came out. The restaurant does a huge take-out business but it has a cute unpretentious simple dining room. They also have a huge screen that plays and shows you how the food is made! I find it very fascinating and entertaining while you wait for your freshly made food items. This place is perfect for families, solo dining or that special date. The service is friendly and attentive and the food comes out fast!!! I highly recommend Mirin Kitchen for authentic Japanese cuisine!

Mirin Kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Vista. They are like Teri Cafe menu but 3x the quality. The rolls are simple but the ingredients are so fresh, soft, quality that they are as flavorable as sushi should be and so delicious. I’m a big fan of their caterpillar roll & lemon salmon roll!! Their teriyaki chicken is also excellent. Their staff are so friendly and accommodating. Even the young staff are so sweet and care about the customer. This local business is one I want to see succeed as much as it deserves and I HIGHLY recommend their food & service.

The place is S-tier. Came in food was ready. Great atmosphere loved how friendly everyone was talked to 3 different workers and they all had great attitudes and loved working there. Their smiles were contagious. My wife and I will be back. I hope you guys are prepared I am going to convince my boss to have our office catered by you all.

Went to the Grand re-opening. Food was good, waitstaff was good. However, be aware that their pre programmed tips are AFTER tax. We shouldn’t be tipping on tax. Take a minute and do your own calculations. This last transaction left a bitter taste for sure.

This place sucks!!! I’ve been way to try and what a big disappointment!!! I had ramen and a roll and it was bad!!! The roll was dry and the ramen came out medium warm!! The price is fair is because the food sucks!!! You really get what pay for… bad food!!!
