I had a horrible day yesterday. Nothing went right. The only thing that went well was my lunch at Mirin Kitchen. Sometimes it is the little things in life, but my sushi was a light on a very dark day.
Went for the first time for take out. The food was still super hot by the time I got back to work which was another 15 minute drive so thats pretty good. The inside was very clean and stylish and the staff was very kind. The price is a bit high but you do get a good amount of food so it's worth it. The flavors were not exactly my jam. I was looking for a place that served good karaage after finding a great spot in Las Vegas and what I got here just was only vaguely similar....
Had the yummy tempura brussel sprouts and tonkotsu black garlic ramen. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. This was my first time here, what a rare gem they have so many options in Japanese cuisine. I am definitely coming back!
