Great food, good service!

This place is great. Food was fresh. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food you received. I highly recommend the Pizza. I go once a week.

Ordered a thin crust med sized pepperoni and mushroom pizza to go.
The timing was perfect. The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had from then in 8 years. In the past I’ve had some not so good food , but I let it go. This time I have to wonder how they could screw up a pizza this bad. Pepperoni was the cheapest I’ve ever tasted, they used at most 2 mushrooms for a medium size pie. The cheese was marginal for quality.
Inconsistent food mean no more me.

This is the third time I’m trying to right my newest review.
I’m going to keep it short. The point being we went there 2/17/26 for dinner. We had veal Marcella. I was excellent and I felt a great value.pasta was perfect. The service was excellent. I’m guessing the server was Steven although the receipt has him listed as cashier.

Nucci’s was the perfect place to host my dad’s 80th birthday. They closed the restaurant on a Friday night for our family, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was outstanding, homemade, authentic, and made with so much love. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a family milestone, I highly recommend Nucci’s. Huge thank you to Maria and Mike for an unforgettable night, everyone is still raving about the dinner!

Hands down the best Italian food in San Diego County — maybe even beyond. I’ve been all over, and this place tops them all. The meat sauce is absolutely incredible, packed with flavor you just can’t find anywhere else. The lasagna? Perfect. Every bite is rich, hearty, and cooked to perfection.

Everything on the menu is super delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming — perfect for a family dinner or even a larger group. The staff is polite, friendly, and really makes you feel at home. The community around this place is amazing, and you can tell everyone loves it here.

If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Italian food, Nucci’s is the place.

Great place for a family meal. Delicious food and great atmosphere

Really cute little mom and pop place. The garlic knots were amazing. Our waitress, Eve was very sweet and helpful despite it being her first week.

Such outstanding food. Friendly family service which makes you want to return. I’m still thinking about the delicious eggplant: Melazane Rollantine.

Best local Italian restaurant with a large menu, best red their label wine. Dinner salads n pizza are delicious thin crust on request. Reasonable with very efficient, caring staff and family owned. Easy parking. Order, pick up or dine in lunch n dinner.

Family owned Italian restaurant with pride in everything that they do and everything they serve. Our meal was perfect, from the homemade bread to my pasta primavera and the spumoni after the meal. We got the opportunity to chat with one of the family members about the history of this fine eatery and that just reinforced the dining experience. It is like family there; our server was in her 14th year. They must be doing something right!
