I don't know why service got so bad at Panera also quality. I remember when it was a great tasting and great atmosphere. No sure if it the new era of people or you guy just gave up on quality and what you guys where once where.

The place is nice, bright, and clean. They offer various salads and drinks, as well as bread. The black pepper ciabatta turned out to be a bit tough, and the pepper wasn't noticeable at all. But the tea and coffee are excellent. It's quiet and peaceful — a good spot to sit, read, or have a conversation.

Went in the drive thru to grab breakfast around 7:30 a.m. on 4/22/25. I frequent this Panera often and have had some issues before, but this one threw me. She hands me a small box and then the smaller box on top of it and then a stack of napkins on top. It always comes in a bag with utensils. I look at her confused and ask for a bag, this girl, gives me a bag that clearly won't fit the items, THEN I still need to ask for utensils. She acted like it was her first day and I've seen her there for a while now. Girl, please do better or don't work customer service.

Don't order the grilled cheese if you're looking for a good sandwich. I know we're in America, but putting a stack of American cheese between two slices of bread is not what I had planned to pay for at a restaurant that used to have quality food.

I was exiting the parking lot and the person leaving the drive-through lane didn’t have a stop sign so they almost hit the car I’m driving and there was a truck parked blocking his view so there should be a stop sign for the drivers exit in drive-through and also a red line so they will be slow to drive back to the streets
