While it is a very quaint place, this is my third time visiting and it has been constantly good. Granted, I get the pho chay (vegetable pho) each time, but it comes out perfect each time. I like adding in the toppings and some Sriracha, as well as the brown sauce they have available at their tables. I walk away satisfied and eager to come back again!

My husband and I have been dealing with the flu; so, our appetites have been fussy. Nothing to eat sounded good and we didn’t want to prepare much. I woke up in the night with coughing spells and started thinking about the pho from Pho Ever on Melrose. We’ve always like the chicken and the rare beef pho. (Other options as well, but this was clearly “pho time.”) I called in our order to go, and had a very helpful employee. While waiting to go pick it up, I wondered just how this was going to be packaged, so much liquid, etc. The order was available at the time promised and included extra sauces. Despite our lack of appetites, everything was great. The only mistake I made was not specifying the size - oops, oh well, the large suited and we really appreciated the leftovers. As usual, the staff at the restaurant was wonderful and the pho was just what we hope for. We’re pretty sure the great pho will expedite our recoveries.

Vegan Vagabond
I was in the area with a non vegan, so we came here. The name is confusion because the place is actually called Pho-Ever. As near as I could tell, this veggie pho is the only vegan option on the menu. It wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it was healthy, a lot of veggies, and reasonably priced.

wow food was soooo delicious and I need to visit more often. today I ordered the vermicelli with chicken, and the chicken wings, and the flavors of all their dishes are truly delicious and amazing. PhoEver has always been my absolute favorite go to place for great Vietnamese food. everything I’ve ordered has been the best! You need to try anything on the menu and love it! Enjoy

We come here for lunch and enjoy the ability to customize what we order . Staff is friendly . Food is fresh.
Price is what a pho goes around in most decent places 14-18 however taste is suboar the broth just doesn't hit like other places, the ladies bathroom is really dirty and untidy, service is ok, but place is lacking cleanliness, and for what you get should be cheaper.

I don’t really give many google reviews but I eat here so much I feel obligated to 😂. Hands down the best pho in North county. I drive past 3 different pho restaurants just to get here from my house and it’s worth it. The broth quality is amazing and flavorful, the meat cuts are fantastic. As someone who’s had a bowl of pho at every place in San Diego pho Vista is superior. The only negative thing I would say is they use a smaller quantity of noodles compared to other places but I just order extra noodles.

Reason it loses a star because if I’m going to speak to you in Vietnamese and I KNOW you speak it why reply to me in English , I went ahead to reply back in English after some time but it’s honestly annoying when your English isn’t well spoken to begin with .
