Our guests were raving about the garlic knots & salad especially, and the pizza was delicious. They even packed up lots of leftovers for us. Jon and his team make some seriously great pizza. They catered our daughter’s wedding and made everything so effortless for us. They’re easy to work with efficient and professional. My friend hired this company for her wedding and it was DELICIOUS! I wasn't even expecting to have any options as I am gluten free and dairy free but was pleasantly surprised that they had BOTH! Staff was super nice and helpful. Really cool that it's a stone oven in a trailer. Highly recommend!

I was not personally fond of the pizza I had from their food truck, though I don't think the quality was bad overall.
Felt like the individual pizza quality suffered from the high order volume of the event I was at, mostly. Would love to have pizza from the restaurant on a good day and update this review.
Editing in a reply for the business: The pizza wasn't BAD but I feel like the time it took for them to be brought in to the event from the truck (Probably because of the order volume) meant:
- some of the pizzas had time to soak in their own grease which made it hard to plate without a slice falling apart - OR didn't have much grease and had enough time to cool down before being brought in that the bottom had grown tough/chewy.
I do want to be very clear that I don't think the pizza was bad, just that the workload seemed rather high and I think it diminished what otherwise would have been a great one. Thank you for reaching out to ask about what I had an issue with. I'm still very impressed with folks' ability to keep up at the truck.
