I'm so discussed right now😭😭😭😭. I ordered a family meal and some extra sides.. popcorn chicken ect. I just got off work.. didnt feel like cooking. And hey havent been to popeys for a while so i went. I will never come here again . I took a bite of the Mac and cheese... chewed... and spit out ..what looks like... gum?!?!? How in the world did someone not notice it falling out of their mouth. ?!?!? Provides no Good customer services. terrible services not coming back !!
If I have to wait more than 15 mins for my food, I would like my order to be right, hot and fresh.
My fries were soggy and they forgot the Strawberry Cheesecake pies. I was very specific that if they didn't have them, I didn't want to order. After I order, they didn't have strawberry pies. I can deal with getting my name wrong after I ordered twice but getting forgetting parts of my order and not getting the right order. Just a waste of time.
