I've gone here 3 times now and will never go again. First time was actually pretty good, but it was still their grand opening. Every other time I've gone they've totally screwed up my food. The experience of waiting in a drive-thru for 20+minutes to receive cold, overpriced, missing ingredient, flat soda and of course I didn't get a receipt to verify I was being ripped off. This final visit it took 10 minutes in the drive then I get home to find my sandwich doesn't have pickles, my soda look like dirty water (completely flat) and the modification I made for 5pc tenders w/o a drink made the "meal" more expensive than a combo! I had to drive back to the store where the employees made me feel like I was being ridiculous because I wanted to make my $30 meal up to basic standards. They offered me $5 refund for my sandwich, but made no consideration that they wasted tons on my time and failed to mention they made my tenders with a side a more expensive "dinner meal" then failed to give me a receipt. This establishment does not care about its customers, their time, their quality or customer service. 0/10

Ordered 12 combo on line. 3 each: wing, leg, thigh, breast. Went to E Vista picked up got home opened box. No wings 6 legs, 2 breast, 4 thighs. Not ok paying $30, calling order in, giving time to prepare and not get what you ordered. Unfortunate, chicken was not bad. Will never go back.

We went at about 5pm on a Saturday and they were saying chicken would take 30-40 minutes to be ready. I’ve had Popeyes before and I really like the food, but the wait time was absurd and the person at the counter wasn’t very knowledgeable. She was just like “oh it’s going to be about 40 minutes” and they didn’t have anything ready - tenders, mild or spicy chicken.

Worst experience of my life I have never been so disrespected in my life the manager has absolutely no business being in her position.. they took my name down wrong and she started to yell at me because I told her she was being rude then told me I was yelling at her while I was on the phone just waiting for my food to come out .. she told me The person who took my order wasn’t there when he was standing right next to her and he then told her he took my name down wrong.. the only thing I told her was that’s not my name .. once she started to yell at me like I was some child that’s when I told her to give me my money bak.. I don’t eat fast food often and after this I won’t again… as much as fast food is now you would think ppl would have the proper training to know how to communicate properly!!Popeyes need to do a better job on who they hire to run there Stores ..

This is a hole in the wall size Popeyes with very little seating. But it was well staffed and the kitchen was hopping. My order was taken quickly and my food came out before I had a chance to take out phone and start scrolling through YouTube. I ordered the blackened spicy chicken sandwich and it was just perfect. The chicken was plump and juicy like a Baywatch model and had just the right amount of sauce. And I can get it on a Sunday.
I go to Popeyes all the time. This is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Employees just walking around slowly in no rush to deliver prompt service.

I hadn't had Popeyes in years so was so excited they open on in Vista on my way home. First of all I was in the drive-thru for 15min before anyone even said hello. I couldn't Back out and leave since there where cars behind me. My order was simple when someone finally took it. 1 10 piece meal and 1 order of 4 strawberry biscuits. When i was handed the food I asked if they were sure everything in there young man said yes. I drove from Vista to Fallbrook got home to realized the strawberry biscuits weren't in my order and i was charged for them. It's so annoying when a restaurant can't get a simple order right. ? This location open a few months ago and already has really bad reviews. Do better management! Food is not cheap so when something we pay for is missing it's not a good time
