Place is great, employees are great, the 1 star reviews are bonkers lol. They don't even make sense at points if contention let alone one star reviews. I'm going to continue going here on a weekly basis because it's convenient and the water is water and the ice cream is ice cream.

I’ve been getting water from this place for 12 yrs and never had a bad experience until today. I entered the place and was not greeted by the employee. She was on the phone and at the register helping a customer. I begin to place my water bottles for water. I left those bottles and went to my car to obtain the remaining bottles. Meanwhile another customer entered after me and placed her bottles ahead of mine. I noticed this when I re-entered. I didn’t say anything because surely the employee will take me as I arrived first. Once the employee was done helping the customer at the register she greeted the lady and began to help the lady that came in after me. I told the employee I was here before her. The employee looked at the lady to get her input as if I was not being honest. The lady looked at me and I looked at her then she instructed the employee to assist me. In Spanish the employee apologized to the lady instead of apologizing to me. The employee still ended up helping this lady that was after me as she had two bottles and I had many. Because the employee chose to fill the lady’s water bottles she could not place all my bottles to be filled causing me to have to wait longer. A couple of more customers entered and they were greeted by the employee. The employee gave me my total but I was not able to use my phone number to receive points because she could not get the screen to appear to enter my number. She tried a couple of times but it did not work. I eventually told her it’s okay and paid and left. The bottom line is the company needs to train their employees on customer etiquette. I’m highly disappointed in this experience. I’ll be in search of another place to fill my water bottles.

i went to this place to buy water and this lady do not clean her hands in between managing money and serving water. that is the reason i decided to get my water outside the vending machine. but i only had a 20 dollar bill and i went inside to ask for change and she responded to me in a really bad manner saying that she does not give change for the laundromat customers. she was very unpolite because i did not even know there was a loundromat on the side of the store . i just moved to live in this area and i had a very bad experience at this place. becasue she does not wash her hands and she touches the inside of the cap when serving water which is very NASTY

The customer service I experienced with the young girl in the afternoons was the Best. She is the most hard worker I’ve ever seen at this store. She is very nice and well mannered. I’m sorry but I forgot her name something with a V. Keep up the hard work!!!

The price is the best in the area and they test their water daily. I drive past another store in Vista to use this store. Great customer service, they clean and fill the bottles here while a local competitor sits in their chair and charges 2.50 more per fill up for the pleasure.

Don't bother. They're rarely open during advertised business hours. Even when they are, the girl that works there often has the door locked and hangs out behind the building. Ridiculous!
