Guys. I was just there 30 min ago. I did a 12 hr work shift. Customer service was nice. Did the menu change for the caniac combo? No bread. No coleslaw. Just more fries? Folks I order the bow $20.00+(potentially climbing) caniac combo because it’s balanced with the Texas toast, and coleslaw. Last time you guys messed up my order, even with my receipt and coming back to this location, you gave me the third the degree. Honestly if I’m going to eat that much fries I can go to store and cook up a pan of frozen fries. I’m spending money for the variety. It was a long day. Again this the second time you guys made a mistake on my order. This is not good service.

The food is always hot and fresh here, yet the service is hit or miss. High school kids working here, which is fine, but they seem to be unsupervised at times. Couldn’t get my order right, didn’t give me napkins, didn’t give me a receipt after they asked me if I wanted one. Just silly stuff that is so easy to improve upon. Hope management is listening.

Love Cane's chicken tenders! But this time the fries were soggy...so dropped them down a star!

I paid for extra cain sauce and asked for ketchup, and they did not give me my extra cain sauce or any ketchup, but they gave me an extra toast? This is not the first time this has happened, im very upset, in the past i've had to always constantly check my bag before driving off to check that they gave me my correct order.

At the intercom the man asked me if i wanted ketchup, I said yes. I just got home, and theres no ketchup. Like come on be freaking for real if you were gonna ask me if i wanted ketchup, and not give me ketchup then why ask me in the first place? The man on the intercom looked like the caucasian man in a purple shirt, i could see the entrance from the kitchen to the ordering station inside the building, and there the man in a purple shirt was at the door way on his phone during the whole duration of my time at the second window, approximetly 3 minutes. You should put that man to work to do something (like maybe make him check my bag to see if its correct, bc apparently he has nothing better to do then be on his phone) other than idling time, like are you serious? Just because they make good food doesn't excuse the lack of worth ethic. I used to have fast food restaurant job too at one point, and i didn't screw up as much as Canes has.
