Manager was rude while ordering, very short and impatient. He also spoke very badly about employees to other members on shift and loud enough for guests to hear. Good food as usual, just disappointed as I expected better treatment from a manager.

I really like this place. Rubio's is a great place to just go and get a little something to eat. The service there is great there people are so nice. One person made a mistake and fixed it and did not charge us anything. One last thing I want to say is that their classic shrimp burrito is the BEST burrito I had, plus it's really filling ? ?

i just stop by yesterday we just ask for the salsa if is spicy of what .. the cashier answer so rude said (said we don't sell like a mexican salsa here if you don't like it don't buy).. im not going back here again never ever.. the worker here same the attitude of next door chinese restaurant they don't deserve for respect they are not also deserve for having of costumer the way threatening the costumer.. i have own resto too but i train my employees to be nice no matter what.. this one has problem on different race 100%

order the mango avocado salad and it only came with 2 small slices of avocado and maybe 10 pieces of diced mangos. for the price I feel this was a rip

I have always loved Rubios’ fish tacos so thats an automatic 5-Star. But what stood out for this location is the ambience and service. From the back of the house to the front of the house all workers were attentive and kind. The facility is casual and calming. Great work!!

Extremely disappointed with the $8.49 bean and cheese burrito. My wife and eat here frequently and I have to say we are usually not thrilled with the service, the food is usually pretty good. Today we were excited to try the bean and cheese burrito since we love rubios beans so much. My wife and I each had one and I got a carnitas taco too. Both burritos were small and barely filled. My wife was super dissatisfied with the size of hers and I was too actually. For $30 (with tip) we received two bean and cheese burrito and the taco pictured. Super overpriced and the portion was horrible for the price. My wife and I both left still hungry. I will be saving my money from now on and going elsewhere.

I don't understand the point in sending multiple complimentary cards to your customers when the order is inedible or incorrect. No expiration dates or limit restrictions on the card. Then when you try to use them, they limit how many can be used. If there is a limit put it on the card. Two per one order or be specific. If it doesn't say it on the card I should be allowed to use the 3 that I had.

I’ve been to this location a few times in the past and never had any issues. I ordered a chopped salad, chips, and extra chipotle sauce for delivery. My chips were missing. I called the restaurant and the employee on the phone was kind and apologized, however she seemed to be distracted by a coworker in the back as she had a brief side conversation with them while I was on the phone. I had to drive back to get my chips which was very inconvenient. Also, for the chopped salad they gave me some kind of vinaigrette dressing instead of chipotle sauce. Good thing I had already ordered an extra one, but regardless it was disappointing. Based on the previous reviews, it seems like this location is going downhill, in terms of both quality and customer service.

This location has gotten much better. Quick service and clean store. Good food!
