I really like this place. Rubio's is a great place to just go and get a little something to eat. The service there is great there people are so nice. One person made a mistake and fixed it and did not charge us anything. One last thing I want to say is that their classic shrimp burrito is the BEST burrito I had, plus it's really filling ? ?

I recently went to dinner at Rubio's and was really disappointed with the experience. The service was exceptionally slow, likely due to being understaffed. Unfortunately, this impacted the quality of the food, which arrived cold and lacked the expected freshness. Overall, it was a disappointing meal, and I hope they address these issues to improve the dining experience for others. All the other Rubios locations in North County are great so I have no clue what's going on here.

Great food, Great vibe, very open seating and outdoor patio is big ! Service is great especially the cashier Summer is always working hard and always the one to take my order, she's always on top of everything every time knows my order when I come in. She stays busy and is always filling the sauces and ensuring everything is always fully stocked and all guest have been attended to she is a good worker like the rest of the staff they are always very friendly and informative. They play good music most of the time, outside and inside. I love coming to this location I prefer this location over others for sure, It's right next to target I mean what could be better!!!

i just stop by yesterday we just ask for the salsa if is spicy of what .. the cashier answer so rude said (said we don't sell like a mexican salsa here if you don't like it don't buy).. im not going back here again never ever.. the worker here same the attitude of next door chinese restaurant they don't deserve for respect they are not also deserve for having of costumer the way threatening the costumer.. i have own resto too but i train my employees to be nice no matter what.. this one has problem on different race 100%

order the mango avocado salad and it only came with 2 small slices of avocado and maybe 10 pieces of diced mangos. for the price I feel this was a rip

I have always loved Rubios’ fish tacos so thats an automatic 5-Star. But what stood out for this location is the ambience and service. From the back of the house to the front of the house all workers were attentive and kind. The facility is casual and calming. Great work!!

Good is good but kitchen staff need to be better training. Disorganized and takes forever for orders to come out. This is a regular occurrence at this location. My kids food comes out cold because it sits in the window waiting for another simple dish.

Today I came for lunch at the Vista and it took them 15 minutes for a small order. The manager took no action to speed up my order. No customers inside.
Staff was awesome and recommended options. Food was excellent and fresh.

The cashier was attentive but he didn't get support from the kitchen. Food was beyond slow, one item sat there for like 20 mins!!!! It was really cold when I got home and missing items. The California bowl that I got had no chipotle sauce and brown guacamole. The kids meal only had 5 fries and they forgot chips for the burrito. Needless to say won't be going back but I hope they improve their service. I normally don't write bad reviews but when you are paying a lot for a cold meal and missing items it is not cool!!

Ordered a California Bowl with Shrimp and Mexican Street Corn Bowl with shrimp. Only 4 small shrimp in each bowl. ( I counted them) 3 pieces of lettuce and a bunch of rice. Not even full. I am not exaggerating. The service was not good. One register at 7pm on a Wednesday evening. A line out the door as well. I normally go to the Rubios in Carlsbad but I was in the area. I always enjoy the Carlsbad location. I will not go back to this one.

I order food from this location every Monday and the staff is very kind and their food is always excellent. I never had to wait and I know what to expect when I pick up. I personally also love the salsa bar with the pickled Jalapeños, so so good! It's fairly slow here so finding seats is easy and the have a nice patio as well with ample seating. Doesn't hurt that they're next to a ding tea too!!
