Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day! I love exploring new restaurants, and this is my first time visiting this one. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome that really set the tone for my visit. Since I was dining solo, I chose to sit at the bar stool, which turned out to be a great spot! My server, Valerie, was so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I decided to treat myself to a delicious Banana Latte ☕☕, and it did not disappoint! For my meal, I went with the Corn Beef Hash and a kids' size pancake 🥞🥞🥞—perfect for satisfying my breakfast cravings!

An excellent breakfast and lunch spot with attention to detail and service. I don’t like chilaquiles, but I tried a bite from another’s plate and it was delicious. I like that they offer a fresh squeezed orange juice option. Another interesting offering was banana milk. I heard it gets pretty busy. Can’t wait to return and try more of their menu. My chili omelette was peak.

If you've not been there, you are missing out. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Great food and service. I highly recommend adding Silverback to your choices.

A great little hidden gem and in my opinion the best breakfast spot Vista has. Most things are cooked when ordered. One of my favorites is the country fried steak. The cinnamon rolls are also very good. They even have a barista for different coffee drinks. I highly recommend this place.

Such a gem in Vista! The chai latte is really good and the fried chicken is cooked to perfection. The silverback French toast is absolutely a must have. The wait staff is super nice and attentive too.

Really good food, might be a bit of a wait but just get comfy because the wait is worth it. We got the biscuits and gravy, a cinamon honey late, and the french toast and fried chicken. The gravy was thick and sausagey, the chicken was really moist, and the french toast was the best I’ve ever had.

Large plates of food with great choices for breakfast. Espresso drinks are very high quality. Gets super busy so get there early. We waited for 30 minutes and still had to sit at the bar.
