Silverback Breakfast and Cafe

Came to California to see my son and asked for breakfast spot to meet him and his new fiancé. We found this place and had great reviews. We decided to give it a chance. It was an hour wait but it was worth waiting. I got the Asada breakfast burrito. I started seeing the other plates and I thought I may have made a mistake but oh did I not. Was perfect potatoes were great everything and it was wonderful. I can only half and eat the other half at lunchtime. Definitely a family atmosphere and everybody was very attentive. Definitely will be coming back again on my next trip.

Very clean especially for Breakfast restaurant. We had Chicken and waffles and a Bacon Breakfast Burrito. The Chicken was VERY good and crispy and the Burrito was very large and I Highly recommend both. The service was excellent! Recommend!

Went there with my husband for the first time and we absolutely loved it!! We both got different benedicts and they were both so good. We also split a pancake (which was massive) and some fries! Everything we had was delicious and we most definitely will be going back, we found our new breakfast spot! Not only was the food incredible, the staff is very friendly and kind, we had Jesus and he was awesome! He had great recommendations and was very attentive! Highly recommend!!

Cesar was fantastic. My wife and I came here for a breakfast date. For our first time, we are already planning to come back another three times because the menu options look sooooo good!! Cinnamon roll is next on our list. They have military discount as well!! 🙏

Great place! I took my brother here for his birthday, employees here were so kind and everyones making sure your service is good and greets you with smiles. Pancakes were perfect! They were so fluffy and bacon was crisp, eggs were fluffy and fresh. My brother got the kids pancakes and they were adorable!! I got the matcha, it wasn't the best matcha i've ever had but their coffee was good! Cinnamon rolls are also a must try! Definitely a new favorite (and prices are AMAZINGG). Fresh good, good quality, good service.

I really love Silverback. The food is awesome, and the service has always been great to me.

The problem is I can never get here. The only days I ever get off during the week are Tuesdays and Wednesdays and they're now closed both of those days. I don't really understand how a food business is able to afford to operate with only thirty hours of operation time per week.

I genuinely hope this schedule change is temporary. Because I'd really like to eat here again...
