Great place to hangout but the service is a bit slow and I felt like I got ripped off when I received 80% ice in my drink. Would be nice to get a refund or free drink, otherwise the drinks are good.

Skybound coffee is such an amazing hidden gem in Vista. Staff is super friendly from the moment you walk in, the vibes are quiet and serene during the day. Aaron the manager is always friendly and gives great recommendations on coffee and sandwiches. So much of what they make here is made from scratch including syrups, coffee powder, sandwiches, sauces, spreads, smoothies and more. They source freshly roasted coffee from right here in SD so you know you're getting the best quality. Some of their can't miss items that are game changers: Peanut butter & Nutella cold brew Iced Thai tea Iced Vietnamese coffee Skybound Dark Chocolate mocha (this is a crowd favorite) The breakfast sandwich Turkey pesto Cappuccino They also have high quality French desserts and Macaroons. Cookies, croissants baked fresh daily. This place can't be missed and I will keep going back for some of the best coffee in North country

The drinks were very tasty. We ordered one mocha and one vanilla lavender latte. The acai bowl was tasty, as well. However the tables were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. Absolutely inexcusable! The prices vs quantity seem more than Starbucks. So, to pay a bit more and not have a clean establishment is not acceptable. The barista was very helpful and appeared to be alone, so I don't blame her.

The first time I came here I ordered the classic sandwich with the rosemary potatoes, it was pretty good however the potatoes were a bit undercooked. I ordered the lavender latte and it was pretty good but a little too sweet. Recently I ordered a blta and a caramel latte with oatmilk which they said was house made. The sandwich was good but my caramel latte was super sour and a bit bitter. It had no sweetness at all; couldn't find the caramel. I went during the day on a weekday and it was extremely quiet, would be good to get work done here

Sad to see a neglected place, broken seats, dirty armchairs. The coffee is good tasting but the prices for the sandwiches are expensive. For the price they should maintain the place. We are not going back. It was first time there and the last.
Love love love this place! Hands down, favorite "local" spot to hang out near Carlsbad. 1. Food & drinks are delicious! 2. Service is great! I'm not sure if one of the baristas is the owner but I swear he goes above and beyond! Super friendly and welcoming. 3. Good vibes only! The ambiance is always great! This is one of our favorite places to study and also hang out! 4. I mentioned the food already, but the desserts are honestly way underrated, they look and taste like they belong in a Michelin star restaurant! 5. They've got a good variety for even the pickiest: coffee, teas, bobas, gelato, food, pastries, baked treats. Seriously check out this place. It's our fave!

I've been coming here for months now and I'm lucky it's less than a mile from where I live. The coffee is always really delicious and you can taste the quality ingredients that go into each exquisite drink. I definitely recommend stopping by! Employees are nice and friendly and it's a cozy environment.
