Didn’t let my 10 year old use their restroom, told her she had to buy something even though several people from our group did make a purchase. So rude, especially because I have purchased so many items from this location throughout the years and have never needed to use their facilities… and the one time we need it, go figure!?

I actually applaud them taking steps to minimize non-customers using the facilities. But as a customer, I was outside, threw my cup away when I was done, and was then refused bathroom usage when I came back in shortly after, two seconds after throwing away the cup. Meanwhile, there were bums using the tables outside to the point we had to leave. So basically, their policies are to minimize bums, yet they're still there and customers who need to avoid them leave and walk around the corner and therefore lose their ability to use the bathroom. And while it's an understandable result, it's a difficult one to stomach. Like I just had coffee, I've bought a million coffees there, and somehow it's not good enough for the restroom.

Walking a lot and needed some Water and they wanted me to PURCHASE a Drink first!?! Why would I purchase a drink I ONLY wanted a Sip of water?!?

This is probably the worst Starbucks customer service I have had. I'm an Uber driver. Ask to use the rest room and was very cruelty denied it. I will not recommend this one. I was going to make a purchase but I changed my mind

Being charged for cream in an espresso is a pet peeve of mine. Other locations don’t do it. Then they put way too much cream to justify charging .60 cents for it. Overall nice staff but will try to avoid this location personally.

went in to ordered a drink a mango dragon fruit lemonade trenta. Just to Receive venti cup! High dissatisfied! I went to get this drink for my wife I didn’t realize because I hate Starbucks only went to get a drink for my wife! Just to receive the wrong size! I didn’t receive a receipt or got offer a receipt. more of a reason to hate this place! won’t be returning. Thanks for bad customer service!

Just went in to get my sister some Starbucks and the lady behind the counter named DANA! Was very rude! I get you’re having a bad day but I go in to get a nice cup of coffee. I stayed professional but she made my sister cry which was not okay !!

It's been 3 times that they give me wrong order
Whenever there is a tall guy with a medium complexion and glasses

The worst. Filthy. Dirty. Negative energy. No greeting. No thanks. Employee at the register needs some hygiene lessons. She also needs to learn how to work with the public. I observed her attitude with 3 people in front of me and it wasn't nice. When I got up there; it was the same. She attempted to charge me $9.05 for a double shot espresso and a side of soy. I left and later attempted to reach out to management/supervisor 3 times. Spoke to Chris, (nice) he said Annette (supervisor) was on vacation, still, no response. Called 2 other times and was told store manager wasn't available.

I stopped by here to get coffee but needed to use the restroom first. Let me tell you something! That bathroom was in the worst condition ever! Water in the floor, toilet extremely dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages! It was beyond gross!I left and did not order coffee.
