I actually applaud them taking steps to minimize non-customers using the facilities. But as a customer, I was outside, threw my cup away when I was done, and was then refused bathroom usage when I came back in shortly after, two seconds after throwing away the cup. Meanwhile, there were bums using the tables outside to the point we had to leave. So basically, their policies are to minimize bums, yet they're still there and customers who need to avoid them leave and walk around...
Being charged for cream in an espresso is a pet peeve of mine. Other locations don’t do it. Then they put way too much cream to justify charging .60 cents for it. Overall nice staff but will try to avoid this location personally.
