Walked in and only the customers in front of me were greeted. Barista left the counter to have a full on conversation with them while I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. Another Barista looked at me, smiled and went about her day. So I go sit down to get some work done on my laptop, when the barista and the couple she was talking to, come over and sit directly besides me to continue their conversation, leaving the counter completely unattended. At least they got their order though!

I love this Starbucks so much!! Super friendly and welcoming, fast service and the drinks are always perfect! (They make Instagram worthy frappes!) The highlight is Mike the Coffee Master!! Very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and just a total ray of sunshine!!! He made my trip! Starbucks should be super proud of this location! :)

So, it keeps happening- I order Pink Drinks every morning and last week and again today I was handed a cup of mostly water/ coconut milk. I asked for it to be remade, I got a glass of ice which was only 4 sips...and I counted today: 4 strawberries. Thanks. $5.75 wasted.

I come here on my way to work in the morning when I've run out of tea at home. I buy one grande royal english breakfast. The amount of times this has been done incorrectly is wild. Serves me right for paying 3.40 for one tea bag and some hot water. But I didn't ask for milk and I never ask for sugar. Seriously. I give up on this location.

Your employees are so rude! They watch the POS for their tip amount and then stop giving you basic courtesies if you don't max it out.

Can't comment on atmosphere because we've only been drive-thru here. South Melrose has always been the most consistent in quality. Last Saturday they nailed it. Two great hot chai.
